Definitely would stay here again. My only complaint was the pillows are really thin. I joked that it felt like a pillow case with no pillow in it. So I will bring my own pillow next time. Otherwise definitely a great stay.

Great Repeat trip
Return trip for the 2nd time. Love the area and the hotel very comfortable. The only negative was the room wasn't ready and had to wait about 40 minutes till it was cleaned. Otherwise was a great time.

Great visit, would stay again.
We had a trip to Mystic/Groton that we needed to find a good in-between hotel. My husband also had his own list of requirements. Enter this hotel. The check-in agent Jacob was fantastic. Friendly, warm, and helpful. I had three interactions (check-in, question about the building, and borrowing a bottle opener) with him in our one-night stay, and all of them were fantastic. So many positive things about this hotel: The pool was great, the hot tub was hot, the breakfast had really great options including proteins (bacon and prepared ham egg omelets). The location was easy to get to from the interstate and close to restaurants, services, and clothing retailers. The neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by a cemetery on two sides and then roads on the others. The cons: the room we stayed in was lacking in cleaning. I know it was the unfavorable room given to people who book on third-party websites (closets to the elevator) so maybe that was the reason some of the following were found: a bath mat that looked clean actually had boogers smashed into a corner. There was sneeze droplets left on the window when we first came in. There were dirty spots on the window sills, armchair and the carpet, which is also starting to come up. Honestly, I would still stay here in the future as long as some of the cleanliness could be addressed.
