Curb appeal could be better. The place looked very old. That said, rooms were ok. Beds were clean. Location was alright too. Other comfort suites I have stayed in, had much better curb appeal and larger dining areas and lobby, even had clean water bottle refilling stations.

It was the best water pressure I’ve experienced in my whole entire life, bummer that the pool closed early at nine, other than that great experience. Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean!

Rooms were nice and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was kimd. Surrounding area was quiet. The breakfast wasn't GREAT. Not sure if it was plant based sausage but the it was strange and also the potatoes were probably bagged and put in oven, werent fully cooked and also there were no eggs with it. Other then that there was waffles, cereal and small pastries and yogurt.

Honestly not sure how this place is rated as an 8.6 it is cheap and will get the job done but by no means is it nice, the blinds don’t close all the way so light goes through and you can hear literally everything and anything that your neighbors do, for the price go somewhere else

It was kind of in a weird spot, but once you find out where it is, there are no problems. There were some larger trucks in there and it made parking a little difficult and the spots do fill up. The Rams were nice and clean. The bathrooms were nice, good water, pressure and there were fans in the bathrooms. The bed was a little firmer than we like. The breakfast breakfast was a little odd. They had the basic hotel selection of waffles, cereals, yogurt, fruits, bagels, packaged pastries, etc. As far as hot food goes, they had sausage patties, which were more like turkey sausage, and they had potatoes, but the strange thing is they had no eggs. It was convenient that they kept the breakfast out till 10 instead of 9 like many hotels but as soon as 10 hits, they are shutting down. They don’t charge for parking either which is nice.

This was our third stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is okay but I wish their selection of fresh fruit was better and the hot food was ho hum. The in room coffee is terrible. But we like the “suite” room layout for our family of four. Staff is always terrific

Wonderful hotel! Very clean and nice. Included breakfast was excellent! Only downside is the surrounding area is not the safest. Lots of homeless very close by but the hotel parking lot is very well lit and they have cameras which made me feel much safer.

I have traveled quite a bit, what makes this place shine is their customer service not only at reception but house keeping as well. My room was very clean, I do recommend getting rid of their clothed chair. Spa worked reasonably well-its small but I was the only one in it. Some light maintenance on some of the spa jetts would make it A1. Breakfast was European style, got me started for the day. This location lives up to its Namesake.
