Quiet and Affordable
Nothing fancy but quiet location. Breakfast is nothing special but is convenient to grab a bite before heading out the door. We were surprised to find out that there is no elevator. If you have mobility issues ask for a main floor room.

This property is extremely well-kept and clean with a friendly, engaging staff. My room was quiet from activities of other guests. The only semi-complaint is not having an elevator, although I was informed about this during booking. It's difficult for those with limited abilities to carry luggage up/down the stairs. I enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable.

This is a pretty nice place. It's in a nice middle location in the UP, and the rooms are nice. The breakfast area needs to be expanded to accommodate the amount of guests, and the hotel could use some general updates (there's a definite "old hotel" smell in the hallways, but our room was fine). The office, cleaning, and other staff all were friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a good stay.

In general, it was clean and quiet. Easy access to local attractions. Only concern was that we were in a room on the second floor that was located above the designated smoking area outside and the smoke came in through the AC air intake into the room at times.

This is a great “normal” hotel for visiting the Pictured Rocks area! We chose it for its affordability but enjoyed the free breakfast and pool/hot tub too. Better than expected from the pictures on their website. You’ll feel like you’ve stayed here before because it’s like a lot of other hotels.

It was close to Munising, but outside of the busy downtown area of the city. A short drive to Pictured Rocks. A nice breakfast available each morning.
