Great for several families, right on the beach (60yds), harbour (50 yds) and so central for town (50yds). The whole house has been refurbished to a high standard, all Bedrooms and Ensuites have been updated and upgraded. This house has charm and a contemporary feel to it. Harbour views from the master bedroom on the 1st floor.
Monarch House. 5 bedrooms, ground floor family room, can sleep up to 4, with walk in shower, bath and toilet, 4 further En-suite bedrooms. Grade II listed building with bags of character. Great location, 60 yards from the beach & harbour, centrally located in the heart of Weymouth! Pet friendly, Sleeps up to 18. 2 Parking permits included. Small sunny outside courtyard. Perfect for family holidays.

Period Grade 2 listed building with traditional features. Lounge at the front with large bay window and a 60" internet TV. A cosy contemporary fire and two large wrap around sofas. From the bay windows at the front it is possible to see Weymouth Harbour. Large Dining room with large oak table, which can seat several families. Also in the dining area is a bar with 4 stools, great for those evenings in. A 65” TV (Internet, Netflix, Prime, Youtube, Freeplay, TNT sports, TV) and access to the courtyard. Kitchen off the dining room with large hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and workspaces. Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier and an additional Fridge. There's also a double sink in this area. All brand new.
Refurbished downstairs living area, which includes a new walk in shower, bath, toilet and a brand new refurbished large bedroom with a kingsize bed and a single bed, which can extend. A 43” Smart ROKU TV and built in dresser with movie style lights.
All of the bedrooms have blackout blinds and curtains for a good nights sleep.
Up the wide staircase in the centre of the property is 4 further bedrooms across two floors. The room at the front, also with large bay windows, has a view down East St to the harbour. Ensuite shower room. Kingsize and single bed in room at the front on the first floor. 40'"TV. The room to the back is a twin, with Ensuite shower. 40" TV.
Up to the top floor and the room at the front has a Kingsize and a single, that also has an Ensuite and 40" TV. Across the landing is another family room with a Kingsize bed and 2 single beds, this also has an Ensuite shower and a 40" TV. All rooms are large and offer ample space as does the downstairs living area.

An additional sleeping area can be found on the ground floor, with the Lounge having two Kingsize sofa beds.

All year round funfair 50 yds away and a car park opposite the property. Plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs within minutes walking distance.

Great Location
A brilliantly situated property that is perfect for a family holiday. Although it nominally sleeps 13 I don't recommend trying to fit that number in - as the arrangement of the beds (twins/singles) is not ideal. Unless all your family members are very close and happy to share!

Comfortable property well located near beach and harbour. very well equipped, courtyard only suitable for storage. Drainage issue promptly sorted by owners. Would definitely recommend for large families or groups.

Couldn’t fault the position. One minute walk to beach or harbour. All rooms great. Was disappointed with the ‘sunny courtyard’ ! Was not a usable space accept for storage and bins and hanging washing.

Great Location, Nice Property
We stayed here for a weekend away with a couple of other families, and everybody had a lovely time. As it is a townhouse, it isn't huge but we still had enough space to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The location is great - right by the sea, and it was easy to find. Parking is an on-street only affair but we did manage to find spaces. One of the showers seemed to be blocked, but the owner was extremely responsive to this and the other queries I sent their way while we were staying there. Overall we had a very nice time.
