The room was clean and comfortable but the doors were drafty and light came through sides and bottom. The plastic drapes did not block any of the bright light right outside my window. The only light around a darker vanity was a standing lamp with a shade that didn't allow light to the top of the mirror. The updates that they have done are good-new carpet and paint and the bed was actually very comfortable. Because of limited staff the 'free breakfast' did not start until 7am, which I missed because my departure needed to be earlier.

The staff were all very friendly. The property is undergoing renovation. In our room the carpet looked new but the bathroom needed some repairs. It was quiet and fairly clean.

Our room was clean and nice. We had a non-smoking room however it was down a short hallway that smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. So our room smelled like smoke. The staff was friendly.

I paid for the room on hotels.com before hand and then this place called my husband and said we didn’t pay and charged him again. We were charged twice for the crappiest room I have ever stayed in my life.

When we got to our room, the door was propped open with a Lysol can. The sheets were bundled up in the middle of the bed from the last person. There was a significant ring of mold in the toilet and toothpaste spit speckles all over the mirror. We arrived at 11:30 PM and the front door had a number to call. The lady that came to check us in was kind considering how late it was. After seeing that the room had mod been serviced, we contacted her again to find out it was the last room available. We asked for a refund and continued on our way.
