Hotel was great! Staff is all super friendly and helpful. Pool area was fantastic. Hot tub, pool, lots of water features that would be great for kids. The area has a lot of diner/fast food options. If you are coming through on a Sunday many of the restaurants may be closed.

Amazing customer service! The staff went above and beyond trying to help us out finding a charging station at 11 pm for the electric car we were given (that’s a whole other story). Would definitely stay here if I ever travel east again.

I didn't like the parking area. Needs a better layout. Two of our rooms were next to the elevators. Made an annoying noise.

We chose this over other cheaper options because of the ratings. There is nothing showy about this place, but it was clean and well maintained. The staff are the standout, however, especially the woman working the night we checked in.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and check in was smooth. I do have a issue with the billing. I was charged twice. Once from hotels.com and the other from the Hampton. There was also quite a price discrepancy between the two. Not sure if I will the use hotels app again
