Wasnt able to even get key cards and the person upfront was insesitve to my questions and concerns and told me sonce your staying one day there no reason to ask again for a keycard to get in your room we will let you in

Very welcoming..the front desk manager made our arrival so easy. After 7 hours on the road, this place was perfect. Easy on and off access to roads.

Checkin was extremely easy online. However, when I arrived the key card machine was not in service. The poor front desk clerk had to walk everyone to their rooms. I went out for dinner and it still wasn’t fixed when I returned.

This is a conveniently located hotel. Although entry lock stopped working, we would stay again. The staff took action immediately to remedy the issue and provided another room for us to move into. Breakfast was good. Lobby and rooms were clean. The heavily stained carpets will be replaced soon.

Easiest overnight off the highway. Great staff and parking. Decent breakfast with many options. The room was clean and nothing sticky feeling and that was most important. Kudos to your cleaning staff!

The only problem that I had was I could hear the people next doors tv all night long. The walls must be very thin. Anyone outside my door was also loud. No other problems. Room was nice.

The front desk attendant was very wonderful and helpful. They was able to fix my problem with over charge with no problem. Wish it was a little more option for the breakfast but it was still wonderful and I will recommend this hotel to others

The front desk people were very friendly; helped me with extending my stay; breakfast was fresh and good. I liked that they provided three pillows of varying fullness. My room however was across from the elevator, which for some reason has to tell the entire world that it has arrived.
