Take in the spectacular mountain backdrop in the jacuzzi or by the outside crackling fireplace, or enjoy a moment of relaxation on the home’s spacious decks that showcase sensational views. Designed to host, the home has multiple entertainment rooms to allow families and friends the space to come together.

Kadenwood Gondola

All Kadenwood guests have access to a private gondola, this will take you on a 4-minute ride directly to the Creekside Village, leading to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the Creekside Gondola for slope access. There is a small parking area at the top of Kadenwood Gondola to make transporting people and sports equipment very easy and convenient. It takes a 4-minute walk to reach the gondola from this property. View gondola operating hours here.

Ski Information

Ski out access is close to this home. Leaving the property, take a right and walk for less than a minute. To the left of neighboring house '2976', is a ski access trail to the 'Lower Peak to Creek' run that ends at the Creekside Gondola. The access trail is narrow and more suited for intermediate skiers. For beginners, we recommend taking the 3-minute walk to the Kadenwood Gondola and making your way to Creekside from there.
Ski in by taking the 'Upper Kadenwood', 'Big Timber', or 'Home Run' trails and following the signposts towards 'Trails End Lane'. This will bring you to the top of your road. walk downhill for 2 minutes and you will see the property on the left. Coming from the gondola will be a 4-minute walk back to the home.

Ski-in ski-out access is dependent on weather conditions and snowfall. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Things to Know

• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, we include a construction discount at the time of booking as compensation for any disturbances guests may experience. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

Amazing Kadenwood property, delightful stay
I had stayed at this home before and loved it then… overall great property, terrific ski in/out Kadenwood location and extremely clean and well maintained home. Only opportunity I see for this high end rental is stocking a few more things in kitchen (coffee, oil and vinegar, a few seasonings
