Its far from the village. But very quiet and beautiful views. And the bus runs every 30 mins completely free. No cost. That was nice the rooms are large and the bed was comfy

We booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool after staying there previously and loving the amenities. Upon arrival we discovered that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance and the website had not been updated. The desk clerk told us that we could not check in and that we would receive a full refund, we were able to find another hotel nearby so we followed instructions and did not check in, we provided our contact details to the hotel staff and received an apology email with a discount, however we are still waiting for the refund for 3 nights.

Nice hotel and pool area. Front desk not helpful, and inconsistent in implementing policy. Asked for pool towels and told to fetch from room, a family member witnessed towels given by another staff member to another hotel guest a few moments later. A bit of a strange dynamic there

Cozy spot away from town with mountain views and the Blackcomb gondola right behind. Room was a bit worn, but clean and comfortable. There was construction going on all day across the street which was noisy. The pool and two hot tubs are great to use, but ended up being closed for repairs after the first day we were there. There is a shuttle to the village from there, but we ended up driving down since we didn't want to wait for it. You do have to pay for parking in town too plus they said $25 per day at the hotel which is a hassle. We haven't been charged for hotel parking yet though. It might be easier to stay closer to the village next time and skip the hassle of finding and paying double for parking.

This place is amazing. Super comfortable and great access to the upper village. They have a free shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes. The rooms are very nice and spacious. This was definitely the best place we stayed in our whole trip.
