We have stayed at the property many times. Overall, we love the property, it’s usually really great. However, this time we had housekeeping walk into our room in the morning without even knocking or notifying us. They didn’t even identify themselves. We were sitting in the living room when they did that. I also have teenagers and it was a male staff so it was very very unsettling. This type of stuff should not be happening even if it was a mistake, it’s highly inappropriate. Not sure that we will stay here again after that experience.

Gorgeous hotel
I would give this place more than 5 stars if i could. The room was spacious and beautiful with dining room, living room and kitchen. It had a balcony w sound of river. The hotel is within walking distance from cafes and restaurants. The area is beautiful and mountainous. Bed was plush and comfy with AC. Beautiful pool and media room. Honestly, I want to live there.
