The price was right for this property, but many things didn't work: the fireplace, the hot tub, the pool. The coffee table/blanket box was worn and the hinges didn't work. The management company, Whistler Retreats, was responsive to try to rectify the situation (their representative Bryan actually went out on Christmas Eve and bought a small fireplace, incredibly). The problem was the "strata" of condo owners who owned the building, who would not reopen the hot tub and pool, despite it being the Christmas holidays, and no good reason being provided. We recommend that Whistler Retreats no longer represent this property.

Clean, comfortable and close
The property was very comfortable.and included an outdoor pool. The kitchen was adequately equipped for making the odd meal inside. The location was walking distance from Lost Lake Beach and good proximity to food options in the upper village. If you do decide to have an evening out be prepared for a wait when it is time to get a taxi.

Location is good! Kitchen is equip well. A few things need attention and improvement. Chairs around the table is old and sagged. Sink in patched. But in general we had a good time skiing.
