Exceptional Views and Location
I think you'd be hard pressed to find better views in Whistler. Golden hour from the unit is a special experience and the evening sun is wonderful after a day of skiing in the cold. The location is prime and the garage sports four EV chargers if you're driving electric cars like we were. As other mentioned, the carpet is worn and the building is a tad dated... but you wont be worried about that when you look out the windows of the unit. The furnishings fit the unit nicely and we had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was excellent. She is super responsive, kind, and the check in and check out process was a breeze. Overall, a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of the trip!

My issue is with Kim, the property manager, and how she runs this unit. Here's a list of what went wrong: 1. Her "emailer" didn't email me the door code. When I got there at 11:30pm, I couldn't check in. I messaged her several times and it took almost an hour to get her snarky reply. I pulled up my email and the door codes weren't sent. 2. sink tap was broken when we got there. Had to have it fixed the next day. 3. fridge was broken the whole time we were there. instead of coming to fix it, Kim refunded $200 for spoiled groceries. No fix of fridge. 4. Sign on wall had wrong wifi password, so the kids couldn't game the first night. This is easy stuff to make sure it works. Kim's lame reply of "oh, I think the router reset" was pure BS. 5. I forgot to pay for parking and got TOWED. I've been coming to whistler for 20 years and have never gotten towed, just a ticket. 6. No actual oversize parking. so-called oversize parking only allows 6' 2", so forget an SUV with a cargo carrier on top. 7. Minimal kitchen and bathroom provisions. Cheap TP, cheap towels, cheap kitchen setup. No spices. Just plain lame. Wouldn't stay here again for free. Pick another place that cares about its guests who are paying over a thousand per night like we had to.

Perfect location, awesome views
Property is in the perfect location for Whistler, the views from the condo are amazing and it is ski in ski out from across the street. it is a bit dated, carpet didn't felt that clean that is why my 4 stars. We will keep this listing and return to Whistler, both us and our friends really liked the place. Kim was very helpful for all the issues we addressed and replied right away.

Easy mountain access for a family
This condo is on the top floor, which allows for great views and plenty of afternoon sunshine. As a top floor unit, there is a spacious loft above the living room that our teenagers enjoyed. Treat for feet: radiant floor heating in the bathrooms and kitchen. Skis and boards go in a locker down next to the garage, which is helpful, and the condo foyer has enough room for all the boots. The building itself is not new, but well maintained. Likewise the condo itself and furnishings are well-kept even though not new. Kitchen appliances are standard and they are practically new, and everyone said they found their beds to be quite comfortable. This building location is not next to the main trail, but there are a couple of walkways to get around the neighboring condo building and over to the Blackcomb base lifts. It's a very short walk over, or ski when there's enough snow (most of our trip). This all means it is a more affordable family friendly location than true ski in/out. The bus stop for the free local bus really is right out front for easy transportation to the Whistler base and village. The only downside is that your group will have to figure out how to get your luggage from the main bus area to the building. The free busses will connect, although this is a lot of work.

Family ski trip
Overall we had a very good time. The weather didn't cooperate, but can't blame the condo for that!! The ski in/out feature needed more snow than we had, but walking to the slopes was a minor inconvenience. Pots and serving ware was limited, but not the worst we have seen. Kitchen otherwise very good. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool/hot-tub and sauna. Getting into Canada was tiresome, our son was randomized to have yet another Covid test which made him come in early one day. But I guess that is old history now, hopefully we won't be returning to it. The property owner was very helpful and easily accessible!!

Retreat off Blackcomb Mountain
Wonderful space that can sleep 8 with enough common space to eat and play games. Two bedrooms and a loft. Quiet at night. A bit off the mountain with a 3-minute walk in with skis but a ski-out back to the place. 15 min walk to Whistler village. Good info provided before arriving with access codes and where to store skis but there were still a few maintenance issues, such as light bulbs being burned out and heating in floor of master bathroom and kitchen not working. There are new living room sofas but the two other living room chairs and the carpet are getting worn. The contact person was very responsive to questions.
