Staff didn’t appear overly friendly and hot tub was out of service although this was not communicated.
Rooms was warm but had lots of amenities to allow for food and meals in room and location was convenient to walk everywhere
Poor service from the management. Tried to change a date and it took 4 one hour calls before it was handled. The call center is somewhere in South America and customer service is poor. The lady at the reception was not friendly.
I love that this property was so accessable to everything and the kitchenette was so handy to have. The jetted tub was a nice surprise as well. Would definitely stay here again.
Property was right in the middle of the village which was convenient to what the village offered however at night it was a bit noisy from late night party goers. The suite had a kitchen and washer/dryer which we never used but nice to have if we did need it. I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in the village.
The air conditioner is actually the portable one and not very effective. So calling the room air conditioned is totally misleading. The property is pretty old and the things are breaking. Staff is pretty responsive though.
The room was clean enough. But the mattress was horrible. It was sunken in the middle. My husband and I felt like we were rolling into each other all night. Also, hot tub was closed due to Covid. Nothing is still closed due to Covid that I am aware of. Lame excuse to not have a running hot tub. Staff were friendly, but if you can’t sleep, your stay isn’t good.
The location is perfect. The bed and pillows were lousy and the shower only fully worked half the time. Repairs are definitely needed. Also doesn’t have a pool or balcony which was disappointing but my own fault for not looking closer

Everything was very good. Except that the hot tub and spa area was shut down for renovations and wasn’t informed on booking about that
Although a few items needed to be fixed they were done quickly

Incredibly noisy
The room was huge, with a kitchen area. The washing machine & tumble dryer were useful as were on a road trip.
The hotel is centrally located for the village.
The big downside was the noise. We were on floor 5 which overlooked the village. The shrieking and yelling coming from the bars/restaurants kept us awake until gone 2am each night. And that was with ear plugs.
