Location was awesome. Property needed updating. The unit did have everything we needed. It took an hour to find the correct parking area. Instructions on where to park were not clear.

Great location and appreciated the full kitchen, laundry and parking convenient! The Sofabed needs a new mattress desperately and be warned if you are a light sleeper that unit isn't very soundproof. You can hear everything going on next door and outside.

it was right in the village, easy parking, and easy to check in a get to the room. next year I think i am going back to skiing here, and will probably stay here again

The deluxe bedroom suite was just as described and in a great central location. The instructions for the contactless checkin and check out is very clear and straightforward with no issues accessing the keys, unit and parking.

The room is tired and need of upgrading. Tub needs to be replaced, Food/ raw meat left in fridge from previous guest. Bathroom fixtures need to be replaced ,bathroom fan starts and stops by itself. Toilet runs on.

The tub is full of chips and stains. Counter tile in the kitchen was broken. The room is very noisy from the elevator and the night life outside. Had to call 4 times to get someone to help figure out the password for the wifi. The gentleman who came up to help with the wifi was very pleasant and helpful though.

Overall the property was well taken care of. I appreciated the free parking, the The whistler viilage was excellent in all ways. Just a few issues. I didn’t know it was a Murphy bed. The window was a triangle so the blind didn’t cover it. Only two luggage carts. So had to do without.

The location of this condo is great. Right where all the action is. The condo was good but the mattress on the Murphy bed was so thin my husband who weighs 185 bottomed out on a board. After a rotten nights sleep he called Latour and they replaced the mattress with a thicker one which was very comfortable. Not sure if that will stay or the old will go back on but not our concern. Shout out to Latour for making it right.

Check in was a little confusing but it was figured out with a call. Location is awesome. Amenities are great. The room is fully stock with detergents and kitchen supplies. The only complaint I have is wifi. The access point we are instructed to use doesn’t work. We ended using a different access point (I think from the same property) that has the same password.

Very nice location where you can walk to the chairs within 5 minutes. The unit is practical and well-equipped if you want to cook (no oven). It could be a bit noisy but manageable. Not having to drive to go to the hill was very nice.

The descriptions used by Expedia are wrong. We booked the Junior Suite wanting a separate bedroom. We got a single room with a small Murphy bed and a pull out couch. When I complained to the property manager they said there is no junior suite and Expedia booked me in the wrong room. Called Expedia and was told they get the property descriptions directly from the hotel company. We have been waiting over 5 weeks for Expedia to get back to us as we paid more for the “Junior Suite” and didn’t get a hotel suite with a separate bedroom. The hotel didn’t have enough bedding or pillows for the pull out couch. I called and asked for appropriate bedding which they didn’t deliver until the next day. This hotel company is awful and so is Expedia - terrible customer service.

Whistler visit
Accommodation was very central. Parking was good. Queen bed & sofa bed were a Murphy bed & sofa, not very comfortable. A/c had trouble keeping the apartment at a reasonable temp. Communication was poor: tried to call twice (left message once) with person on the business card left in our locked box, call was redirected and no response during our stay. Called the check out number, but only 5 options for renter/owners not to check out. We will be back in Whistler at the end of September and NO we will not stay here again.

I understood this was a 1bdrm apartment with sofa bed-turns out it was a Murphy bed 6 inches away from sofa bed😜. Although they knew we were a party of 3 adults for a two nite stay, there were only 2 bath towels😔. Very difficult to access the parkade from our room -had to go to ground floor and then down ramp to parkade and walk with suitcases to parking level. Won’t stay here again

Right in the heart of whistler so it is convenient to stroll through the village for meals and treats. The only downside is that you hear the crowds from inside the room since the the property is right in the village square. So depending on the season it could be noisy for those sensitive to noise.

When we arrived it was very confusing no one was there to help us, no front desk? Door into the apartment was in back of the building looked like a fire escape. Hotels across didn’t seem to know anything about the place. Took an hour to locate the lockbox and our phone contact wasn’t the best! The room itself was satisfactory but the hassle getting it was something we never experienced before! Location was excellent. Air conditioner didn’t keep it cool enough (27) and contact didn’t respond
