Good overall. Hot tub was not hot. About the same temp as the regular pool. Also very dirty on the bottom. And bed was not comfortable at all. Room was overall good.

Nice and clean
We checked in about 3 pm, it was fast check in. We booked two rooms, and it was super spacious with plenty of room to hang around until the wedding we had to attend. This hotel beds were super comfty, I didn't even feel my hubby move around all night. The bathroom was clean, plenty of towels for use. Nice hot water for the shower, everything in the room was usable. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it. Plus it was super convient for shopping areas if you need something. We will book with them in the future again.

Hot tub was a great temperature
No complaints. Room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfy. Hot tub was a great temperature. Breakfast was displayed nice and had several choices with plenty of spaced out seating. One suggestion would be to add usb ports.

I showed up late around 1:30am. The counter guy came out from the back room, unshaven and disheveled. He greats me well enough, I am exhausted. He tries to log into the computer several times and locks himself out. Apparently he forgets his password.. Tells me he cannot check me in until he can log in. I say, too bad. I need sleep and I cannot wait another 20 minutes for you to get a second 4th chance. I manage to get the key from him. I get to bed at 2am. 3am roles around and someone tries to walk into my room. They badge in and open the door. Luckily for me, I used the little lock latch. I continue to hear a couple other rooms accessed or tried to be accessed. When I go down in the morning to complete my paperwork, I tell them someone one tried to walk into my room last night @ 3am. The unshaven, disheveled guy is there with the morning lady. He says it was him, he got confused and went to 206 while he was in 306. (1) Why the heck was he staying in the rooms of the hotel he works at/ (2) Why did I hear other doors being accessed after mine if he was on the wrong floor? Something sketchy going on there.
