Very private setting for our comfy country house - with an open concept air conditioned great room w/ fireplace, spacious kitchen with island, 3 oversized bedrooms and 2 full baths and an open loft. Large deck for grilling, firepit, relaxing and to just sit and enjoy the natural surroundings in this serene setting. 1 mile to Lake Superior Park for swimming, kayaking, fishing, etc... (https://www.sullivanny.us/Departments/ParksRecreation/LakeSuperior), 3.5 miles to Bethel Woods/Woodstock site, and about 15 minutes to Resorts World casino and Kartrite waterpark. White lake is also about 2 miles away for powerboats, etc.

Great quiet adorable house
We were staying at this house because we had tickets to a concert at Bethel woods. This house was perfect for us and had all of the amenities we needed. The host was very gracious and easy to contact. Overall a great house.

Family weekend
My family traveled to Bethel for a long weekend to attend the Chris Stapleton concert at Bethel Woods. This home fit the bill for us perfectly. It was spacious, clean and well-stocked. Ken was very easy to work with and responsive to our questions. I'd highly recommend renting this property!

Secluded sun-filled and accessible.
A spacious, sun-filled home on a beautiful piece of land. It is convenient to many activities, yet set back enough that you feel completely secluded. The well equipped kitchen/living area let our family of 5 spend quality time together with enough room to comfortably spread out. The deck was a wonderful space for watching wildlife while enjoying a morning coffee/evening drink. The yard is a great size for the kids to play and is surrounded by well manicured woods. Ken was a fantastic host, responding promptly to any questions and offering suggestions for the area. Definitely recommended!
