The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The people working the front desk were nice, courteous, and affable, along with everyone else I spoke with. However the room I was staying in faced the highway. I wasn’t right on top of it, but close enough to hear the traffic all night long. It wasn’t overwhelming, and I couldn’t sleep, but still somewhat annoying. If I stay there again, which is likely, my grandchildren live nearby, I would ask for a room facing away from the road. The entrances/exits for route 287 and I87 are right there, so it’s a noisy thoroughfare. The room itself was noisy as well. I don’t know if it was the hotel’s water system that would start making a percolating kind of sound, then go off for a little bit, then start up again. That was frustrating as well when I was trying to fall asleep. It did look like a fun place to stay in the summertime. The in-ground pool looked real nice. It was big too. All in all it was a ‘good’ stay, not ‘great’. Like I said - the people that worked there were exceptional.

The property was not well maintained nor was it kept clean. We were confronted with a broken desk chair upon going into the room. There was dried urine around the base of the toilet. The heat did not maintain a constant temperature; instead it went well above the desired temperature and air conditioning ran making the room cold without anyone touching the thermostat. Stairwells appeared not to have been swept in several days and doors did not work correctly.

No is the only answer you receive. Was told there where no rooms with King size bed. However when I looked on line, king rooms where available . My compliments on honest staff! Employees were honest! I left my extra "Louie Vuitton" purse in the room upon check out. Hotel called me to let me know they found it and would holding it for me at the front desk.

Quick stay
I was honestly only there for a very short time. My dad had to be at the local hospital for a procedure very early and we live a ways away so we decided to stay there instead of having a long drive in the middle of the night. We got there early evening and checked in, found a restaurant nearby for dinner (the front desk was very helpful in recommending a few places), got back after dinner and went to bed. We were out before the sun was up. We had 2 rooms, both looked clean and the bed was comfy. We did not get to have breakfast as we left so early. Our stay overall was just what we needed. Easy, friendly, and clean.
