Marijuana smell in the room and near the elevators Aging infrastructure Bathroom fixtures falling apart and creaking Property on the outside looks fine but on the inside it’s aging. Staff were prompt in responding to my concerns. I couldn’t stay any longer with my family with issues mentioned above. I ended booking another hotel in the city. Not a good experience overall

Check-in delayed. Asked for handicap room and extra pillows did not get. First night fire alarms going off for @3 hours then finally after getting dressed, etc, false alarm. Then the elevators were down, told they were working on them. 5 hours later still not working. My mom has a walker, we cannot walk up 7 flights of stairs. 6 hours later had to get a ride to a different hotel. Do not recommend this hotel at all
