The Sonesta is close to everything, which made it super convenient. I enjoyed that there was shuttle service from the hotel. The elevators were a bit irritating, but fine once one finally came after several attempts to call it. Otherwise, the place is clean, the bed is comfortable, there are ample towels in the bathroom, and overall comfortable.

The restaurant situation was unacceptable. Room service arrived with plastic cutlery and there was no housekeeping services. That is fine for a Days Inn but not a hotel that cost you 900 dollars for two nights!
