Older motel style accommodations but it was clean and the room was spacious. The check-in staff were very friendly. I also left behind a special necklace which they found and are mailing to me. We were only there overnight so I cannot speak to the pool or other area on the property.

The staff is very accomodating. I had booked a mountainview room, but also stated I needed wheelchair access. I received a message stating that all the mountainview rooms were on the second floor, and there was no elevator access. They readily changed our room to one that was very nice. Good size room, and best refrigerator I have seen in a hotel room. Nice size freezeer with it. If we are in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

I loved the amenities of having a sauna and pool and was so nice to have a shuttle downtown! Bed was super Comfy. great mini fridge and microwave and the coffee was local and really cute idea with the kettle instead of a boring drip coffee maker. I will be back!

Downtown Bigfork is a little gem. NIce local restaurants and quaint bars. Would definitely stop in this town again. Timbers is a decent hotel but not quite walking distance. They did offer a shuttle. Room was renovated but could use some personality. No complaints at all - would stay again.

I booked my room on Expedia at the last minute. The lobby usually closes at 10 pm, but the lady working called me at about 10:15 and asked if I would be checking in soon. I was about 5 minutes away, so she stayed late to let me check in. Great service!
