I booked my room on Expedia at the last minute. The lobby usually closes at 10 pm, but the lady working called me at about 10:15 and asked if I would be checking in soon. I was about 5 minutes away, so she stayed late to let me check in. Great service!

Room surrounding property was generally rundown and dirty. Heater/air conditioning unit temperature control knob was broken so temperature could not be adjusted to maintain comfort level. Pool and hot tub were very dirty and full of dead floating bugs, pool cleaning net available in the pool area was broken and unusable.

Desk staff were very friendly. The fridge was missing the freezer door. The soap dispenser did not work for the shampoo. Room was a nice size and clean. Also quite quiet.

We very much enjoyed our 3 nights at Timbers Motel! We stayed an additional night because we liked it so much. Clean room with a very comfortable bed! We travelled with 2 small dogs and they had a fenced in potty area equipped with doggy bags. It gave the dogs some room to walk around off leash. The staff is the best! Thank you!

One night in Bigfork
Check-in was easy. Told would be a handicap room. Room was at end of Bldg. 2 on ground floor. Large room with neccesities and refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Only one large towel for shower. Bed comfortable. Four pillows marginal. Good wi-fi. Know it is the area and time of year but room was not worth $250 per night, even if other hotels are getting that and more.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly which is one of the better parts of this business. There is VERY limited parking. We had a room near the office however had to park on the opposite side of the property due to no parking spots near our room. The rooms are average for a motel however for spending over $300 for one night… you’d hope you would be able to sleep comfortably! However the beds are stiff and walls are thin so you hear the traffic through out the day/night and hear others walking around their rooms/ hallways. I honestly could’ve slept better in a tent or even my car and saved my money.
