I did not stay at the property that night.I had trip insurance thru Expedia. Tried to cancel. Rebooked at Missoula, Montana and stayed there. Still charged for a stay at Kalispell, Montana as well.When given a run around by Expedia and given a number with an insurance company with no automated options for filing a claim or return. In short,a scam. I am sure your hotel is nice, but you should not allow Expedia to book for you.It could inadvertently damage your reputation.

We stayed for 2 nights, it was clean and quiet. The rooms have been a little bit updated. It was perfect for our family of 4, no complaints at all. Breakfast is basic but does the job. We would stay again

Clean, but older property
This is an older property and it shows. The room was clean but the age definitely shows. You can't open the windows and the small AC unit was very loud. I would also say that you should bring chargers for your electronics since there are no USB ports to plug into.

The carpet was so dirty my feet were black from walking on it barefoot. The tub was stained black. It also stunk like smoke inside even though it was non smoking.

Very tired rooms at a premium price. Lots of hair on the bathroom floor, saggy mattress, rough patching of holes, five foot tall weeds next to walkways, etc. “What’s the least amount of money we can get away with spending on this place” seems to be the modus operandi of the owners of this place.
