"No hair dryer in room - have to go to reception. No Shampoo or body wash in shower, just hand wash and one tiny soap Need to have tea and coffee freely available at breakfast, you have to wait for someone to come and ask and we were missed so received it when we had finished. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was what you would expect from a recently upgraded premier inn. Bed was really comfortable lots of space in the room bathroom nice and shower powerful. The breakfast was really good, first toast machine that conveys the slices through it that has got it right first attempt, not burnt or anemic. Location is great for a quick walk to lots of bars and restaurants and it has free onsite parking 👍. Best part of the whole experience was the staff very friendly and helpful"

"Good value, not much more than Premier Inn opposite if ypu book in advance. Nice pool, steam room and sauna. Great buffet breakfast."

"This us the 3rd time we have stayed. We are usually in an appartment in the hall itself and have always had a fantastic time. I was abit disappointed that we weren't staying in the hall this time but as it turned out we still had the best time. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment and it was massive. Beautiful inside and modern. It was more peaceful than the hall. The appartment was spotless, the cleaners do such a good job. The grounds are well kept. You feel very safe. The staff helpful and friendly. Lovely clean leisure centre/pool. Cant wait to come back next year whether its in the hall or not. "

"Fabulous stay at the hotel even though we didn’t have time to use spa facilities they looked great and breakfast was lovely too although I am a tea drinker so would be better if we had more than 2 tea bags in the room if I had to be picky "
