I was very surprised by the cleanliness and great smell of this hotel. I know that’s an odd thing to say, but I’ve stayed in 100s of hotels and this one was exceptional. I can tell it has great management/ownership.

No true customer service.
The hotel did not provide the room I reserved. The GM wanted me to pay extra to get the room that I did reserve. When I said cancel reservations since they would not accommodate what I purchased, I was told no. The hotel smelled of cigarettes as well.

It takes a lot for me to rate a property 5 stars but they gave me no reasons at all not to! Staff was friendly at check in/out. Even sweeter in the morning when I needed assistance zipping up my funeral dress. Breakfast bar was hot & fresh. There were plenty of options near by for food or grocery shopping. It was late so I popped in Market Street right next door and just grabbed some snacks. I highly recommend this location

Checked in and dirty washcloth was hanging over shower rod.Housekeeping never did room in 3 days. Had to go get clean towels at front desk every day. They didnt care room wasnt cleaned Breakfast was a joke. White bread and one bite muffins.
