Enjoy this charming 2 bed 1 bath home with a 2 Car Garage! This House is located in the established west Wichita neighborhood of Orchard Park. It is located near I-235 and is only a 5 min drive to the airport. Pets must be registered! Dogs only. In compliance with applicable zoning codes, guests who book with us at one of our properties have the right if they choose (for an additional fee) to stay at this or another property for a period of 7 days. Local bookings must be approved in advance by the host. Contact the host for information and terms.

We were here for a dog event. House was perfect for us. Fenced yard. The grass was a little rough. It is next to the highway so it is loud, Not bad inside. I feel the house had everything that was needed for us. My dogs loved it. but not insidethe house.

Convenient Location.
Wonderful little place to hang for hat. It was perfect for the couple weeks we needed it while visiting family. Road noise at night was a little loud if your not used to city/ freeway noises. Overall visit was comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Some BAD and some good
We booked this stay for one primary reason. It "had" a fenced yard that we prefer for our dog. When we arrived, we found that the fence had been crushed and bent down apparently by a tree fell during a storm. We also noted that the back yard itself was in very poor condition with animal holes, weeds and heavy insect presence - the back yard was essentially not usable. We also found that the pet throw on the couch was matted with hair, dog or whatever, and food crumbs - it was disgusting. We had to wash the two pet throws for them to be usable. I understand that storm damage is unavoidable and it takes time to repair. We feel that we should have been notified of the fence that was our primary reason for staying at the property. We contacted the management company and they were very apologetic and agreed that we should have been notified so we could make an informed choice about staying there. They are issuing a partial refund The rest of the house was recently remodeled and functional. It was clean and we had no real complaints. Note that the house is adjacent to an interstate highway and is quite noisy which is disclosed in the writeup. It is better late at night but still quite there.

Nice alternative to a motel
It’s so much nicer to stay in a house, especially when traveling with dogs. This little house fit the bill for a brief stay available on short notice. The location made for easy access around Wichita. Only downside is the noise from the highway nearby which we were aware of before renting. Once inside the noise isn’t that noticeable, especially at night when traffic dies down. The rental process was easy & communication great.

Short stay
This was perfect for my daughter and I. Cute little 2 bedroom house. We went to visit my other daughter and it was nice to have a place to stay and be able to visit. It’s on a dead end so not too many neighbors. As they do mention it is noisy outside due to being right next to the highway.
