Lack of professional courtesy
The stay was promising until we woke up feeling warm and tried to get our air back on and it wouldn't turn on We notified the office in person of this shortcoming of no air condition and the owner lacked any concern or efforts to improve the service. I went back to the room tried to see if it would work again. It did not. We packed up everything and I went back to front desk to reconvene the disconnect and the same owner of Baymont by Wyndham said well it should be working I don't know what happened 🙃 I confirmed to him as well it should be working, but its not and were hot and disgusted with his inaction to provide excellent customer service

This Baymont was located in a residential area on a main street. Made it feel homey. The only thing that was disappointing was there were no biscuits for the biscuits and gravy breakfast.

Quiet and spacious. Only complaint which is not a necessity but the second room tv was not hooked up for television access. The cord from the wall was not hooked up and was not long enough to hook to tv.
