The dining area not enough room for breakfast on Saturday only serves biscuits and gravy and nothing else Trash can needs to be bigger enough to hold food and Not enough towels had to wait for towels

It was not good. We had no bedding provided in the room for the sofa sleeper, as we usually do at any other hotel, so I asked the lady at the front desk for bedding for the sofa sleeper and she said that she would tell the next desk person that was coming which would be in “7 minutes”. She didn’t seem to want to help. I asked her to please have him (the next desk person) to hurry because I was trying to get my grandkids to bed. Thirty minutes later I still had no bedding for the sofa bed so I went to the front desk again and asked the man at desk if the previous person at the desk told about the bedding. He said yes, but he just got there so he would deliver them soon. Approximately 20 minutes later he came so it was almost an hour before we had the bedding and it was almost midnight. Neither of the staff at the front desk was professional or friendly. They both acted annoyed and the man was rude. My daughter and son in law interacted with him as well and found him to be rude as well.
