The property manager didn't have the room ready at 2 we had to wait an hr for them to clean it. We found trash behind furniture on floor as well as dirty socks by the AC unit. When we went to go to bed and turn on TV the remote wasn't working. My husband went down to office to tell them and the guy yelled at him and said " you've been here all day and you tell me this now at this time." We apparently woke the guy up and he was very unhappy with us. The toilet seat was broke. The bed sheets has burn holes in it. The breakfast was not even really existent. Cereal appeared to be our only option. We had only one towel one wash cloth one hand towel and one bath mat. Thank God I brought two towels from home. We will not be staying there again nor will we recommend this place to anyone else.

Couldn't get t.v. on was upstairs wanted down i have bad knees .no shampoo. No refill on coffees in our room .got clean towels once stayed 3 nights . Good was breakfast and coffee for free .

The desk staff was friendly and professional. The room had nice decor and pretty bedspread. The bed and pillows were comfy. Equipped nicely with TV, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Nice large bathroom countertop. Toilet and bathtub weren't clean - a long hair in the tub. Heater wouldn't go off automatically no matter what temp I set it on. Too hot in the room. Then without heat it got too chilly.

The sheets were clean & the bed was very comfortable. Only had one clean hand towel in the room-had to go to the office to get bath towels etc. Bathroom appeared to be clean except for the dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod.

Much upkeep needed
The sheets smelled clean, like bleach, but 1 pillowcase had a rust stain and another had a black marker stain. There was toothpaste in the sink and neither of us had brushed our teeth yet. One of the electrical outlets did not have a cover. The door to the office/ breakfast area was filthy with fingerprints. The entire exterior is in need of paint, badly. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

Very convenient to I35. My room was spotless. There was a problem with the TV and the person on duty came right up and fixed it. The staff is very easy to speak to and they seem genuinely kind. Finding a good restaurant was somewhat a problem but I found one a few miles away.
