We did not having working television all weekend. Told them and they gave us new remote batteries, but the input button wouldn’t bring up a menu to get television to work. No other help was given and supposedly getting extra reward points that we don’t even use anyway.

Common areas need lot of work. Hot tub was not hot and the window frames are rusting in pool area. Hotel needs update. Carpet in the room had stains. This is my first disappointing stay at a holiday inn. My previous holiday inn stays were far better . Breakfast was good.

The check in lady must have had a bad day. She didn't come out until I said "hello". When she came out she said "you're at the wrong terminal". So I stepped over to the other computer and said "this is where you should be" No hello, thank you...nothing. When we checked out in the am, the lady wasn't quite as rude, but no greeting to us, nor thank you. We thanked her ????? I tried cancelling another holiday Inn on our return trip, but we booked it wrong and wasn't able to cancel. Fortunately, the lady in OK was in a much better mood.

The check in staff did their best to get our whole family checked in (6 rooms) a little early because we had to be at wedding pictures at 4:00. They were accommodating and very helpful.
