Very nice place to stay. Good nights sleep. Comfotable beds. The one thing that caught my attention was lack of lighting in room overall. No light around desk at all. Needs more lighting.

Wonderful stay, but a rundown shower.
Everything was wonderful, except the shower was falling apart. It was very difficult to get the water turned off, and the shower door was very outdated & came off the tracks when you try to open it.

This hotel has gone downhill. It used to be my go to hotel when I traveled to Wichita to visit my parents. My experience was horrible this time around. I started out in room 205. The beds were warm out. I felt like I was laying in a hole the size of a bathtub. Holiday Inn is supposed to be known for their pillow options which I used to like but this time I woke up with a kink in my neck. My second night, I had to call downstairs to have me moved to a different room because there was a man upstairs who was coughing and walking around all night. The next morning, the hotel cleaning crew walked into my room at 7am and then again at 8am while I was in the shower. If you want sleep, dont stay here.
