We had our dog with us, and we’re assigned a room on the third floor. The dogs in the rooms next to us were constantly barking, so we requested a room on the other side of the pet friendly floor. The receptionist accommodated us, but I’ve never experienced Such loud barking in a hotel environment.

We chose this hotel for the pool for the kids and it was under renovation and was not advertised as so. We were told they would be able to swim in the morning and it was still closed. I overheard another employee telling another guest that it would not be available the next afternoon. We were very disappointed. The restaurant was also closed.

Our grandsons call this our “home” when we come to visit. We love the pool and hot tub at this property. We’ve stayed at this location many times now. Very happy with the cleanliness of the property and the wonderful staff.
