The hotel is very beautiful but the front desk personnel on tonight shift 12/21/25 (snotty female)whatever her name is-is very rude and has an attitude. Also please fix the hot water. It’s to cold outside to have to take a near cold shower. Very disappointing.

Absolutely loved this property. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were beautiful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and other fun activities. Within driving distance is an almost infinite supply of places to go, things to see and people to meet. Will definitely be back!
