The hotel allows pets. We've stayed here many times before but this time it smelled terribly of animal in our room. We had to ask to switch and they put us in the room right next door. It was better but did not smell clean and fresh as I would expect. The entire hallway smelled a bit. We also requested 2 extra pillows since we had 4 people in the room. The front desk said they would check if they had extras and it took an hour for her to call me back and say that they didn't have ANY extra pillows at all. We stay for the convenience of the location to things we want to do but it is not worth the sacrifice of having such a poor stay.

Is my 2nd time staying here with my family and honestly we love it. Next to it to the right is Dave's and busters and to the left Trampoline/Air zone where you can walk to. Very safe
