Ok but shower issue

Was a good clean place to stay. Not far from the hospital we had to be at the next day. Only bad thing was that our shower didn’t work and it was constantly cold. Was traveling with a baby so it was pretty inconvenient to not have working facilities but we mad do. Would recommend but double check the shower situation before unpacking.

About everything was great . The staff was nice and friendly , the rooms were clean.. it just would have been nice to have the parking lot cleaned up- we just had snow and the lot was not cleared off at all

For the most part it was good. Staff was nice. However, we had very cold showers every day. My daughter’s car was vandalized (rear windshield shattered and gym bag stolen) not the fault of the hotel. It would have been nice if they had cameras though. That happened Christmas Eve, not good.

Great hotel it would have been nice to know it was card only when i booked it. I would have rated it higher but the Elivator was out of order and my room was on the 2nd floor and the reason i was there i was having spine Surgery the next day

Absolutely disappointing! The elevator was broke. Most the outlets weren't working. They had no bed linen on their pull out couch. It was crazy what we had to go thru to get pillows. The fan for bedroom not working. Finally, the fee they charged $75 for a pet fee was ridiculous. Will never stay there again!

Rock hard bed

Hotel itself is very nice. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are decent but the bed was rock hard. After 3 nights I was glad to get to another place and be on my way. Did not sleep well at all. Everything else was great but sleep is important to me so I probably won’t stay here again.
