Bit of an odd stay. I understood it was an extended stay but did not realize people are living there full time. Which felt a bit uncomfortable and a bit unsafe. There was no one at the front desk. When someone arrived and we have unloaded everything they informed us we were staying in a different building. The facilities were ok. Just having my family there it just didn’t feel overall safe or super clean. Great space for a larger group as we had a 3 bedroom. Traffic noise from highway was loud in our unit over night. Wouldn’t stay here again.

After dark it was a bit sketchy, but the parking lot is fenced and lit well. It was comfortable with large rooms and xcomfortable beds. The area is more invting in the daytime. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Not bad but room issues hindered our trip
The property itself was overall kept up very well didn’t have a lot of strange smells or people considering that it’s also a live-in area. The original desk person was a very friendly lady. We got checked in no problems however, when we got to our room, the thermostat was not working Or the light in the bathroom. as we had plans, we let the front desk know a different gentleman on our way out around 6:30 so they could have it fixed by the time we got home. 130 a.m. not only had not been logged in the system had not been fixed and we had to pack up and move rooms. We were unable to get any of the three TVs and the suite to work and finally after getting help from the previously mentioned female front desk attendant, who was very helpful. We were finally able to get one working in a bedroom and we moved our stuff in there for the night. I would’ve given more if it wasn’t for the issues with the room

I guess it’s ok. It’s in Wichita , so I guess my expectations should not be that high. The pictures look accurate but not accurate. Maybe I was expecting a bit more. But it’s ok, given the location. It’s. One night stay so it’s not too bad.

Nice place, really liked the fact that the parking lot is inside a secured gate. The only issue I had was no do not disturb signs for the door and in my overnight stay staff knocked on the door twice, once was housekeeping shortly after checking in and the 2nd was maintenence in the morning to change the filter for the air system.

Property was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. No breakfast but there was a coffee machine and a limited amount of food items for purchase. Keeper of the Plains and Exploration place are about a mile away which are worth visiting. I'd also recommend the FREE 5k parkrun at Exploration place every Saturday.
