Construction was going on. The facility just appears older than expected. The homeless outside under the underpass had lots of people walking around through the parking lot all night. We had no issues but lock your doors and travel with a friend.

Our bed was falling apart, you could see the springs inside the bed. The room was disgustingly dirty, there was splatter all over the walls and a wet spot on the carpet. The shower did not work. Overall, terrible place to stay and do not recommend.

The places is great... I visit once a month and stayed here each time. It's a little busy but as they continue to remodeled. A spot to get some rest as you speed through Wichita.

The only nice person was the housekeeper the front staff and the people who work in the kitchen very rude very disrespectful very unapproachable and that ((hot breakfast) is some uncooked sausage and nasty eggs and that's it... everyday very rude very disrespectful thank God for the housekeeper... I will NOT be coming back here.

The trash cans were overflowing outside and the floor was wet from people coming in from the pool. A definite safety hazard. Desk clerk want available when I called the desk after ten pm to report kids running in the hall, banging on walls and bouncing basketball. When I finally got an answer. He says hello and I asked if they had security. He's hung up. I immediately called back and got a busy signal for the rest of the night. I was up until after one thirty the next morning. I ended up calling the local police to report the lack of cooperation from the front desk and they sent a car out. They ran out of ingredients for the complimentary breakfast. The experience was terrible. Their only saving grace was Dalton the bar tender. He acted more of concierge the the desk clerk. He was assisting the customers as they came to him in the bar to ask his assistance. Also, the maids were awesome.
