Pre checked in on the website, when I arrived the clerk said nothing came through. Had to do everything I had previously done 15 minutes before hand. Clerk was unenthusiastic about it and offered no assistance.

The place was infested with cockroaches. As soon as we entered the building it smelled like sewage. The hallways were dirty and unkept. The towel for the room were minimal and they had the floor mats as hand towels. We ended up leaving the first night and accepting our losses. The room was roach infested, we grabbed our stuff and told the front desk. They didn’t seem shocked. They offered a different room but we declined.

My family and I just stayed for a night and we really appreciate how quiet it was. It was also clean, and there was plenty of parking space. The receptionist was also friendly.

Very run down hotel with stained sheets and towels. The chair in the room was dirty and peeling, pillows were very small and the breakfast was mediocre. On top of that they charge a $5 fee per day for "security" that is not mentioned when you book the room. Would not recommend.

There was a wristband on the floor next to our bed that was from a previous guest making us question if the room had even been cleaned. There was black mold in the bathroom and the hairdryer in the room didn’t work. The outside appears very nice but inside it is run down and out dated. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Smoking violation charges.
The amenities were exactly what I had required. No more, no less. My most uneasy concern was the "No Smoking" notification that additional charges would be levied in the event that there was smoking in my unit, which can only be determined after check-out. This was a requirement prior to check-in. Since I do NOT smoke, I had requested the desk clerk check my room for violation evidence of the mandated "no Smoking notification" prior to my departure. He refused. When I asked for a receipt, he claimed that Hotels.com would provide the receipt, since I booked through their website. I explained to him that they have no idea whether I smoked in the room or signed the mandated notification. If I get charged with a violation, I have no recourse. That makes me feel uneasy about my stay at your establishment. In the past, I have left my room key in the room and have been charged a "lost key fee." That is why I always take my key to the front desk on checkout. For all I know these charges are automatic and it is up to me to protest the charges. What proof do I have if these are the conditions of using your accommodations?
