The place was infested with cockroaches. As soon as we entered the building it smelled like sewage. The hallways were dirty and unkept. The towel for the room were minimal and they had the floor mats as hand towels. We ended up leaving the first night and accepting our losses. The room was roach infested, we grabbed our stuff and told the front desk. They didn’t seem shocked. They offered a different room but we declined.

It was secure, bright and smelled great!!! I wish the ice machine was in working order but the staff was very kind to help with that. I also wish there was a fan in the bathroom. We had a very good stay. Thank you

Nothing I liked about this hotel. Every thing is so old and dirty. When we asked for the housekeeping they told us every 2 days not every day…. These place is not safe to go outside. The hotel cute on the picture only.

Price makes sense after, Will not stay again
Property is unclean. Compared to other hotels in the area its clear why it is priced cheaper immediately. The flooring, ceiling, walls were all damaged in some way everywhere. Furnishings are outdated. Shower head leaked like crazy. Shower kept leaking constantly and audibly all night. They did not have shampoo, even asking for shampoo all they had was conditioner.

When we got into the room we realized the floor was soaking wet from a leaky A/C unit. The staff was great in getting us into another room and even upgraded to a suite. That's the kind of service we appreciate.

I mean, you get what you pay for. We had a two room suite, the second room was not touched by the cleaners. Their pillows are terrible and they have no extras. The guys working the front desk completely disregard you.
