Unique studio built out of a 40 foot shipping container. If you ever wanted to try out a container home, this is a great opportunity to do so! Come stay on our property and enjoy the desert and privacy. This unit offers a full bath, mini split Heating/AC, rustic touches, a kitchenette that includes a fridge, freezer, microwave and an outdoor grill. Got dogs? This Bunkhouse has a fully fenced yard so your pooch(s) can be out under some shade trees in their own little yard. Got horses? This studio also has space for your horses. Price includes two covered stalls for your horses.

INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen TV, living room space, kitchenette, apartment size small fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker (drip), toaster, coffee and tea provided for enjoyment, dishes and silverware provided, basic cooking utensils provided.

GENERAL: smart tv, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, mini split heating & A/C

FAQ: The bunk house fees include 2 covered horse pens, 40'x15' 10 feet overhang coverage. If you don’t have horses that is ok! You may want to travel with your side by side recreational vehicle, or just explore our neck of the desert. We have additional RV hook ups we rent out as well as extra pens if you need additional arrangements. If you have additional questions, shoot us a message and we can connect. We have options for you for your recreational needs. There are also trails off of the property as many of the past renters have explored going directly off the property for trail riding.

You are responsible for taking care of your horses and animals including feeding and cleaning their pens, if you leave your pens dirty when you leave from here, I will charge you 100.00 through VRBO on your credit card. Please bring your own buckets, cleaning equipment you need, bring your own feeders and troughs.

Please be respectful and smoke outside the bunkhouse with the doors and windows shut. We don’t care if you smoke on the patio, but be respectful of the next guests we have, it is a small space and wind can carry that smoke right in!
