Bed need to be replaced.

Only problem I had was the bed was wore out not comfortable. To dips in the bed. Hard wall in the bed. Rm 327.

Best breakfast

Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel..

Excellent hotel. Fantastic breakfast. If you don’t speak German (mine is rudimentary) interacting with the staff may be challenging. Some speak excellent English. Others barely speak a word. We walked from the train station. 8 minutes. The nearest entrance had 21 steps. Not fun with luggage. There is a drive-up entrance “around back.” Neither Google nor try hotel staff was helpful in finding it.

Not what it used to be

this used to be the best hotel for it's value in Wiesbaden, hands down. I can no longer recommend it the way I used to. I had my laundry done in the hotel and they washed everything together so my white stuff was ruined and when I let the front desk know, I just got a shoulder shrug. The breakfast is still great but the orange juice is now water. But most disappointed by the Bar. The service there was just not good. They used to have great apple cake but when I ordered one, it the apples were still frozen and when I let the server know again, he just shrugged. Tried again next day and same result. The TV in the room had some malfunctions, the bedding wasn't comfortable and the pillows were low quality.

Wonderful stay at a clean and affordable hotel

The hotel was very clean, spacious, quiet and the breakfast was fantastic. Wiesbaden HB was right across the street. Anastasia was particularly helpful and the entire staff was professional and wonderful. I have no complaints and this hotel was exactly what I needed it to be.

Great Hotel for Travelers!

This was a great option for our visit! Short walking distance from the train station, and a longer but very pleasant walk to downtown. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean, quiet at night which was great. Breakfast was AMAZING, and the drink options down in the cozy lobby were also great and it was a peaceful place to relax in between adventures. Highly recommend!
