No WiFi in the room or designated area, as advertised. The weather was very hot. The owner/manager would not provide a fan. The owner/manager did not provide information about parking or after-hours admittance until asked. The hotel would not respond to emails. As such, we mistakenly made reservations through Expedia. Do not stay at this hotel.

The lasy on the front desk was wonderful and extremely helpful. The room was good. The A/C did not work at all during one of Germany’s warmest summers. The fridge was room temperature and I could not find the temp controls to change it. The worst was the internet did not work my entire second day so I had to use my expensive international data plan. Very frustrating.

Great location
Overall a great experience, just feel like some of the important info got lost in translation during check-in. Check out clerk was efficient but not overly pleasant. Excellent location. Rooms are good sized and very comfortable. I'd stay again but would confirm several things first-info on their website isn't 100% accurate.

Dangerous as No reception is available after 11 pm,,, if you get need medical assistance No body will know you need a help till next morning,, more over 3 start is true rating for this host,, motel one chain hotel is more safer to stay in... I can suggest to hotel managment to prompte this hotel as aparthotel better and more truthful...for what to expect from this business...the only plus sign i have to admit is the Location only,,,,

Fantastic!
We got a very warm welcome at the reception. People were very friendly in the hotel. The location is superb! In the centre of Wiesbaden. We visited the churches. A must see is the Russian Orthodox Church on the hill. Don't forget to ask for the key in the church then you can visit the graveyard as well.

beautiful place, but terrible service
receptionist was very welcoming when we walked in, but that's where it ended! she seemed not to want to help us with anything once check in was complete. she didn't answer the phone when we had questions, so we had to go down 4 flights to ask her things. we ordered and paid for wifi service, which did not work in our room on the first floor, even though the brochure said it would. again, when we asked for help from the receptionist, she refused to help. so we had to go downstairs to use the wifi we paid for. other than that, the hotel itself was very clean and looked great. but to me, these are not enough reasons to stay at a hotel.

schön eingerichtetes Hotel, gute Lage in der Stadt - Es war extrem warm im Zimmer, die Klimaanlage war kaputt und es war vor allem nachmittags deutlich wärmer im Zimmer als draußen. Der Ventilator hat da wenig geholfen. Der eine Knopf von der Toilettenspülung war kaputt.

Ein Trüffelalbtraum!!!
Die Wände sind angeschimmelt gewesen. So wie auch im Badbereich unter dem Spülbecken Schimmel entstanden ist. Im Schlafbereich war es sehr staubig und an der Heizung ist die rechte Fensterbank Seite kaputt gewesen. Es gab keine Vorhänge. Am Schreibtisch in der Schublade war ein Stück gegessene Schokolade, hier haben die Reinigungskräfte wohl das Zimmer nicht einwandfrei gereinigt. Es war sehr unhygienisch. Die Dusche war nur kalt eingestellt und es hab’s kein warmes Wasser, worum auch nicht gekümmert worden ist. Würde ich aufjedenfall nicht weiterempfehlen!!!
