Hotel is very central & I found the hotel functional rather than comfortable. Room was clean & basic and the breakfast OK. Two real issues I had were: 1) Smallness of bathroom. There was no room for the sink, so that was in the bedroom itself & I couldn't put the shower mat down & close the door as there wasn't enough space. 2) I had paid for room in advance through Hotels.com but was asked on check-in & the following morning "If I had paid for the room" which I found a bit unsettling

Size of the room was great. Beds were comfy. Bathroom very small but shower had great water pressure. Building is very old but has a lot of character. There is no where to pull up in front of the hotel to unload luggage (minor annoyance in the rain). Overall the price was right and we had a great stay. We’ll be back again in a few weeks!

They didn’t clean my room one day and were not apologetic. I then had to ask for clean towels and they were worn and stained. The desk was rarely manned

Hot, Outdated Hotel
No air conditioning in this hotel. It is extremely hot and uncomfortable. Hotel is outdated and very basic. Very small elevator for luggage and one person. Otherwise, you are taking the stairs and sweating. Location is on a loud, busy street. Your windows are open because you are so hot, so you are also dealing with the noise of the street and the bugs flying in. I was also required to pay for two nights (credit card swiped) at check in before seeing the rest of the hotel, the room, and finding out there was no A/C at all. No refunds!

Lovely hotel in lovely, convenient neighborhood.
This is a lovely hotel in a lovely neighborhood. However, our room was very small. Also, it faced the back of the hotel and there was no view. We asked if we might change rooms and were told this wasn't possible. The hostess didn't speak alot of English so it was difficult. It cost more than our other hotels in Germany and breakfast was not included. We stayed here 5 years ago, had a nice room facing front, and breakfast...so were disappointed this time

Good quiet hotel in posh part of town
Stayed a couple of nights as parts of a work trip. Hotel is fine if sleepy. Located in a posh neighbourhood with few shops other than luxury boutiques but not far from all that central W:baden has to offer. Visit a bit frustrating as my flight was delayed and my arrival in town was not until the second day; emailed the hotel when this became apparent using address on their website to explain, asking if a modification could be made (presuming--as was quite apparent when I arrived--that they were not busy, so plenty of rooms were available), but the email was never received and the management was unwilling to budge. I've been able to do this sort of thing several times at other hotels booked online, so I found this response stubborn and greedy on their part. Room fine, bed comfortable, wifi good.

The hotel felt like stepping into the 1970's, and there was some confusion upon checkin regarding payment through Hotels.com, but the location is perfect for visiting Wiesbaden and the staff are amiable.

Das ist ein völlig veraltetes ungepflegtes heruntergekommenes Hotel. Alles ist kaputt und es wurde schon jahre nichts mehr investiert. Völlig lieblos verwahrlost das Hotel. Das Frühstück ist so einfach und lieblos da hingestellt, außerdem nichts besonderes. Eine einzige Katastrophe.

Super zentrale Lage.Rezeption wirkte etwas überfordert.Geschirr im Zimmer war dreckig, benutztes Taschentuch lag noch neben dem Bett.Fenster neben dem Bett war offen,da befestigter Schlauch von Klimaanlage raus hing.
