Worst stay ever at Madison Resort
I did not get the room that I booked with you. The manager, Justin said that’s what I get with going through a third party and not direct. I also stated checkin was 45 minutes late and when we finally got the wrong room and there weren’t any towels in the room. We went to desk and requested towels and they tried to tell us we will get them in the morning. Terrible customer service. I will never stay there again. The manager stated that hotels, inc. overcharged me 100.00 and that’s what I get for using them. so I said what about the towels and Justin said throw in that complaint while you are at it. I would give them a 4. We can’t make anything right because you didn’t book thru us. Now what kind of service and attitude is this?

Overall a very nice clean hotel for families. Beautiful pool area on the beach with very nice pool staff and pretty front desk area. Small kinks need to be fixed to make it perfect in my opinion. We stayed in the updated Ocean Tower. Beds were not that comfortable, especially the pullout sofa. No overhead lighting in rooms and only a few small lamps in the room and one bulb was out. We called for a bulb but never got it. No USB outlets in room for charging phones, tablets, etc. The outlet near the bed oddly was blocked by the small shelf wall unit. In room 304, we did not have an outdoor table that other rooms had. No bedding was provided for pullout and had to call twice to get it. Could be a great hotel if small issues are worked out because guests always remember the little things.

The Madison Resort was great for our family. The pool accommodations were fantastic and enjoyable. Its proximity to the beach was super convenient and the overall property was renovated and very clean. It had a very retro vibe and we said we’re definitely going back again! The restaurant had great food too and service was excellent. Only thing was the cleaning service didn’t show up so wish we had just one visit during our three day stay there. But we really liked it a lot!

Nice place in Wildwood. Good location on the beach. Nice pool and outdoor area. The AC was noisy. There was a lack of privacy while sitting in your room with people walking by looking in your room through the window.

Rooms clean and decorated nicely. Bathroom near pool needs frequent checks and routine cleaning. Elevator small but working during our stay. Front desk and restaurant staff very friendly and eager to assist. Overall very nice stay!

Super cute motel. Pool area was a lot of fun with Different DJ everyday. Loved the fire pits by the pool at nite to sit and enjoy some wine. Check in was easy. The room updates were great. Stayed 3 nites and really enjoyed our stay.

Beach goers not staying using parking spaces and pool. No one was checking for hotel residences. On days of great weather the pool was crowded with outsiders. Maybe have employee at the pool gate request room key confirmation. You can also put signs in parking spots "non residence autos" will be towed at owner's expense.

We have come to Wildwoods for annual family vacation several years. We love this area of the Crest - next to beach and close to town and bike rental. The place was clearly new- very clean and modern. Service was great: we had an issue with the room on check in and it was immediately handled. Good space. Mid way through our stay the afternoon DJ volume was turned down, which was much appreciated. One complaint: the common area ground got dirty from standing water, sand and hair… a bit icky.
