Pan American hotel in Wildwood Crest, NJ was very updated while maintaining that “old world” feel. It doesn’t pertain to me, but we found there was no designated smoking area. I think some might appreciate a designated smoking area like other properties have!

We loved everything about our stay! The hotel was beautiful and well up kept. We were amazed to hear that it’s been there for 60 years. The employees and other guests were all very nice. The rooms were spacious clean, quiet, and the bed were comfy. We will be back.

Liked our room, though it was rather small. The water pressure of the shower was rather soft, and the dial to change pressure too high for spouse to reach. Liked that the microwave was in a closet, so the light of the clock did not bother us at night. The pool was comfortably warm with lots of room.

I paid for oceanfront room and got a view of the roof of my car, the street, a basketball court with playground, but could not see the ocean which I paid for. No refund for room difference of oceanfront vs parking lot.
