We are offering a 1,300 square foot, 3 bed / 2 bath, condo with 6 beds that can sleep 10!

This condo was completed in May of 2023, and is one of 3 units in the building. It sits on the first floor above the garage, has 1 condo above, and a town house adjacent.

The condo overlooks a 1-way street with free, public parking.

We have central air conditioning, dimmable LED lighting throughout, high speed Wi-Fi, and ceiling fans in every room.

The condo also has a fire suppression system and meets the latest building and safety codes.

We offer 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, and a sleeper sofa in the main area making up the 6th bed.

The main living space is extremely large with 3 full couches (one of which is the sleeper sofa), 3 chairs, dining table for 6, a kitchen counter for 3, and a wall mounted 65-inch smart TV.

The large kitchen has plenty of counter space and storage, along with several convenience items: Keurig, drip coffee, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, gas stove, blender, garbage disposal, and large island that seats 3.

The master suite has a large walk-in closet, a king bed, 50-inch smart TV, plenty of dresser space, and a ceiling fan. There's also a a private bathroom with 2 sinks, plenty of counter space and storage, and a walk-in shower.

The 1st hall bedroom has both a full and a twin bed, plenty of dresser space, a full double closet, a 33-inch smart TV, and a ceiling fan.

The 2nd hall bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom, and a twin on top. There's plenty of dresser space, a full closet, ceiling fan, and a 33-inch smart TV.

The hall bath has a single sink and a shower / bathtub.

Off of the main living area is a private, covered, 24 x 8-foot deck that has seating for 6.

We have a good-sized laundry room with stacked washer and gas dryer. We supply 2 drying racks to dry towels and other items.

The private, secured, garage can store all beach stuff, bikes, and 2 cars.

There's also a driveway that can fit 1 car.

The rear of the property has a small grass area, shared with the top floor unit, but can be used for sunning or sitting with provided lawn chairs.

We also have a fully enclosed outside shower with both hot and cold water.

Guests are required to enter the unit through the stairs on the right side of the building. Guests can have full, private, access to the garage. Guests will also be allowed access to the rear, shared, yard and grass area. Guests have full access to the outside shower closest to the rear entry door, marked as such with #137.

Guests can walk to many places from the condo, but to fully explore the island you will need to drive. There is street parking and many parking lots along the boardwalk. All public street parking is cashless using ParkMobile.

We provide standard amenities at no charge; bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels / washcloths, shampoos, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, comforters, pillows, and throws for the couches.

I will always be available through the app for any issues that arise and usually have a 1-hour turnaround time between 8 AM and 9 PM. Anything messages after 9 PM will be addressed the following morning after 8 AM.

We can host a maximum of 8 adults, or 10 guests total including children under 17.

Total occupants cannot exceed a maximum of 10 people, and all occupants MUST be over the age of 25. The age restriction is not applicable for minors accompanied by parents or guardians.

All occupants MUST be known by the Host, via the online check-in form or other means.

Smoking and or Vaping are not allowed in or around the property.

Violation of house rules may result in local authority involvement, and possible removal from the property with no refund.
We can host max 10 guests, 8 of which can be adults.

Someone 25 or older must be present and accountable for all guests, and the signer of the rental agreement. We do not rent to parties for events like "teen week" where only teen agers will be staying at the property.

Trash... Recycling should not be placed in the blue bins in trash bags, it should be emptied into the bin and the trash bag discarded as normal trash.

Smoking / Vaping... not allowed in the unit, yard, or on the porch / patio.

We had a great experience with this property. Exactly as listed, very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, even starter supplies for soaps and paper goods like toilet paper and paper towels, as well as towels and sheets- which I appreciated. The host, Jeff, was very communicative and easy to work with. I met the owners of the unit above who were also amazing and gave me lots of great tips about the area. The location was perfect for our week- easy access to the boardwalk and we were right near the location for fireworks on Friday night. I would recommend this property, and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Girls getaway weekend
This was the perfect place for a girls weekend. The house is lovely and a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Jeff was very easy to work with and get ahold of. Overall we had a great weekend!

Outstanding and beautiful home!
This is a beautiful place in a wonderful location in Wildwood. It was totally unexpected for us to visit this shore this weekend, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Given it's a new build, it was beautifully furnished and well stocked with shampoo, body wash, hand soap, etc. I would love my home, and especially the kitchen, to be like this place. The beds were extremely comfortable as well - it was the "perfect" firmness for us to feel rested the next day. We postponed this trip from two weeks ago when we were supposed to visit OC, but the owner (Jeff) was extremely accomodating and understanding of the situation. He proposed solutions and was very easy to talk with. We would definitely come back to visit in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here. Condo had all amenities needed for our short stay. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue was cable tv. It’s a Samsung system with little service for local channels and sports. Bring your own Roku stick.

Great place!
The property was exactly as pictured on the website. It is brand new, clean and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms had clean sheets and extra pillows. The bathrooms had clean towels, bath wash, shampoo, conditioner etc. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a full meal. We did not have to bring much. We brought beach towels, food to make breakfast and some snacks. The shower in the back was very convenient and the garage fits 2 cars which was great. The property was conveniently located, plenty of restaurants around the area and the boardwalk was a short distance. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely return.

Wildwood Family Trip
Property is new, looked great and clean upon arrival. Clean towels and linens were provided which is great as no need to make space to pack and bring your own, we just brought our beach towels/ blanket. A couple of beach chairs were also available at the property to bring to the beach too. Everything needed was available if you plan to eat in, but if you choose to eat out there are several good restaurants within a couple minutes walk from the property…Italian, Chinese, Mexican or good old fried chicken. There’s something for everyone and you can visit all 4 if your family has different tastes and bring back to the home. The walk to the beach is easy and took just 8 minutes. Overall experience was great and our family would definitely repeat our visit and stay here again.

Brand new condo unit close to boardwalk.
This place is brand new and gorgeous. We came for a baseball tournament. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen is modern and we’ll equipped. Everything was clean and the description was accurate. Garage is on the ground floor and the unit is the second floor with another unit on the third floor above you. You can hear people walking above you on the third floor but it’s not loud. Another set of condos is being built on the adjacent lot but most of the heavy construction is finished. The construction started well after 9am while we were there and it was not a bother. Traffic was very light near this part of Wildwood. I had a few questions and the host replied within minutes. This place is perfectly situated so you can easily walk to the boardwalk and beach but far enough that you don’t hear any noise from the boardwalk. I definitely would stay here again.

July 4th week
The rental was in great shape and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Many local restaurants to get take out are near by. The dugout is a great ice cream shop. The July 4 the fireworks are at the beach on the same street. I would stay here again.
