The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Drove 10 hours to PA for a concert and this was a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable bed and clean room. The shower had built in seats which was great since I'm disabled. If I'm ever back in this part of PA I would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay
We came to attend the 2 night Apocalypse fest, and absolutely loved the hotel! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room had the restaurant right across from us, so it was quite easy to access! The food was great as well! We will be returning for next year's MIW fest and booking here again!

Place is nice and cozy.. but got a little bit disappointed about the indoor pool. We were expecting to experience the indoor amenities only to find out they were closed or maybe under renovation (i don’t know) so we had to leave the hotel after checkin to keep us busy for the whole afternoon. Overall, place is great with nature view and they had good restaurant options inside too.

The property was deceiving. From the outside, it didnt look very modern. Then the interior was nicely upgraded. The room had lament flooring and the bathroom had some modern looking features. However, you could really see where the doors' coverings on the property were coming off. Our room was cleaned, but there were a few spots in the bathroom that needed to be gone over again. Then there's the mattress. King bed was as if we were sleeping on the boxspring. It was so hard and sqeaked with every minimul movement.

Mixed experience!
The room was very nice with a great balcony view of the river and woodlands. However there was no hot water during my entire stay! Although staff came to check the problem was never resolved! That being said, Isa at the front desk was very helpful in providing an opportunity for me to be able to shower! She did her best to be of assistance. The staff was also helpful in helping me find a shoulder bag I had left at the bar the previous night.

Our room wasn't ready for over 40 minutes. We came from NJ to attend an event with no time to get ready. The cleaning staff was not done. Our check in was at 4pm, why wasn't it done? We had a few bags with us and our dog. We used a cart to wheel our bags but there's steps everywhere. We had lift our dog carriage to get to the room and then carried our bags the rest of the way. No pool, no gym, and a random dog running the hallway with no owner. The owner was at a wedding there. The room was clean but that really was the only good thing. You would think to maybe comp the $15 breakfast or get a room that was available but nothing. Just an "I'm sorry". I will not be returning.

Although our stay was short, we did run into some issues. They were working on the pipes and we had orange water and only one of my children got a HOT bath. The parking could be improved as its a small lot and a larger resort. We had a creekside room which was beautiful however our balcony was slanted and we didnt feel safe standing outside for very long. Shoguns was amazing, but a free breakfast would have been icing on the cake.
