Higher expectations
We traveled for our honeymoon and let me say it was a terrible experience. We had higher expectations than what we experienced. When we arrived we were told a restaurant was under construction there for they would be providing a shuttle to the neighboring restaurant less than half a mile away. When we were waiting for our room to be ready we went to the bar to order a drink and was told one of the drinks on the menu was unavailable. Then we decided to stay in the room for the afternoon and order dessert, we were then told they were out of dessert (it was 5pm). The next day on the beach there was one to two servers serving and taking orders, however we were only able to use it once my husband had to be getting us our drinks. The first morning I ordered from the menu not the buffet and the French toast was cold. At night we wanted to check out the restaurants they had next door through the shuttle service, we were told it was broken and had to pay 50 dollars for a 0.5 mile ride plus wait 40 minutes to get back to the hotel. We then got massages which were wonderful, but heard the construction the entire time. Our last night we wanted room service asked two employees if we could order onsite and they said yes. We ordered, and then got a call back they could not, then later were told one of the items we ordered was not supposed to be on the menu. Save your money and time and book at another property. Very disappointed especially since it is not supposed to be a 2 star hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. Food options were great, if you book this location ask about the sushi specials. The pool was clean, drinks were perfect!! Staff was very friendly!! Definite plus was the adult only pool! Ohhh and Martha gave the best massages, so nice I did it twice. Overall it was a great trip and stay!

A memorable experience
Our trip was amazing! We stayed for a few days to celebrate my husbandā€™s birthday. Although a few things were under construction, our stay was still very enjoyable. Shoutouts to LaKeisha at the front desk for the dining recommendations and bday champagne and Lynn at C Suite restaurant for the happy birthday song and cake! They both went above and beyond. We really appreciated it.

We enjoyed our spacious room with a breathtaking view. The therapeutic massage at the spa was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the lunch was enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with the most beautiful sunset view.

The property was beautiful and very clean and the staff was very attentive to all of our needs. The only glitch was a very loud gala the last night right outside our room until 12:30 am- however when we called the desk to complain they gave us a late checkout at 2 pm and 25,000 Mariott points for the trouble- very nice beach- would like to return someday

Excellent service, beautiful resort, and amazing staff. The Marriott was not my initial choice. I wanted to go cheap and booked a hotel which advertised that they are located on a private beach. That was a lie. I spent one night there and switched to Marriott @ Piscadera Bay heaven the next morning. Staff was able to check me in early and made the rest of my stay peaceful and pleasant. Spend my days in CuraƧao as I imagined it to be and I thank you all for making me feel at home. I already missed the infectious smiles from the front desk employees to the cleaning staff. Thank you

The hotel staff was absolutely top-notch. We had a rental car for our time there and it was very easy to park. I also liked how the parking lot was not near any of the rooms so there was no car noise ever heard. The beach was fantastic with great snorkeling and some of the clearest water that I have seen. The food was fantastic also and the pool with all of the low overhanging trees was our favorite pool we've been to. Very easy to get around the island from the hotels location. We visited several different public beaches that were recommended by staff and all of them were a lot of fun.
