Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and slept well in them. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast with several options. Overall a good experience.

We liked the fact we were close enough to downtown, but not in the middle of it all. The staff was very friendly and considerate. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I wish we had access to was local news. The Dish channels were merely for entertainment, and we would have liked to be more in touch with the outside world.

I wouldn’t describe the hotel as dirty, but it also wasn’t the cleanest. Our kids loved that they had free breakfast and it was conveniently located for our trip to the Grand Canyon. The only real negative was the noise from the upstairs guests. There are two floors to this hotel and it felt like the people upstairs were going to come through the floor at any moment by simply walking around.

Die Zimmer im 1. Floor sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schritt der Gäste des darüberliegenden Zimmers im 2. Floor. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war deshalb ab 05:30 morgends an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Der Pool war voller Sand und Ungeziefer.

Not really clean
We only stayed one night, and it was plenty. The room was outdated and not really clean (carpets stained and dirty, dust on bed frame, bathtub and sink all yellow from age, faucets and showehead had not been cleaned for a while). The continental breakfast was very small and not much choice. Also the pool was dirty and would not have gone for a swim. On a positive note the beds were confortable and staff was nice. Because of cleanliness I would not stay here again.
