Blue Reef Villa by Exuma Exclusives -a 4,000 sq.ft. Villa, located between Moore Hill and Williamstown in Little Exuma (Atlantic side of the island, approximately 45 minutes from the GGT Airport).
This property is one of the most unique vacation rentals on the island being a short swim away from a winding lazy river and sugar white sand bars. With all bedrooms having their own outdoor access to the patio and a dreamy walkway out to the ocean at your doorsteps, you and your guests will have uninterrupted access to paradise.
With a natural tropical oasis on the left and a sea turtle motif swimming pool on the right, Blue Reef Villa offers a vacation balance of quiet reading shade and laughter filled musical sunshine.
Blue Reef’s bunk bed room establishes an atmosphere of fun for both children and adults. Designed to accommodate families this home is steps away from the ocean, and within a short swimming distance to the snorkeling friendly natural reef below the ocean’s surface.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:
- Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.
- Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.
- Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (beginning of description).
- Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!

Insurance:
We are committed to protecting our homes so that all future guests can enjoy them the same way you will, which is why we've partnered with “Superhog: Know Your Guest”, a leading vacation rental guest authenticator & damage insurance provider. Please note that prior to check-in, we will send you more information and ask you to input your details to activate this coverage.

Other Rules:
No parties. No exceeding guest count on property. Minimum 7-night stay over peak or holiday seasons and/or weekend to weekend bookings. Christmas (night of the 25th) and New Years Eve (night of the 31st) cannot be booked together, except for stays of 14 nights or longer. Instant bookings are subject to 24-hour review to ensure adherence to house rules. Note: A 1% non-refundable processing / administrative fee will be due for all cancellations. If rebooking to future dates, this fee will be waived.

Annual Exuma Trip
We had a wonderful time at Blue Reef Villa! We loved the location with the sandbar and reef just a short swim away. We stayed at this location for the beautiful nearby beaches, (TOC, Pretty Molly, Forbes Hill), and tasty food from Santanas & TOC beachside grill! We had a few hiccups that needed attention during our stay... TV not working (took awhile to get fixed-- Georgia GAME on and husbands didn't like that), power outages (2- not sure if this is normal for the island?), and water in home stopped. All were resolved except for water dispenser refill which was requested on our 2nd day.

Family vacation
Perfect property for our family of 12! Kids loved heated pool! Loved the sun deck and our beautiful views! Enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking right off the beach. House was perfect. Our house manager was available whenever we had questions or needed anything! Can’t wait till we can all make it back! Thank you Blue Reef Villa!

Blue Reef Villa
Great home! On the far end of the island but easily accessible by car. The beach was wonderful, areas to snorkel and see lots of fish. You have your own private beach, great for kids. The roads to the house are not the best, but the house is worth it. Loved our stay and our friends want to stay here. We enjoyed the free kayaks and you can rent a jet ski and they deliver right to your home. Thank you for such an amazing vacation!

Favourite Place On The Island!
Had an amazing stay at Blue Reef Villa. I’ve been to Exuma multiple times now and I have to say, this particular area of Little Exuma is now my favourite in all of Exuma. We spent most of our days in the lazy river, snorkelling in the reef directly offshore in front of the home and visiting the famous restaurants in the area. The owner Dean and the property manager Judy were extremely helpful whenever we had any requests. Our vacation was one of the best we’ve had in a while thanks to them! THANK YOU!

What a place! Unreal vacation
I was so excited anticipating being the first guest at this new beachfront estate since it was completed. The property is unreal!!! The pictures are not done well enough to do it justice. It is way bigger then I expected and luxury plus!! It is simply stunning and high end from top to bottom. We walked the beach, waded over the lazy river sand bar and snorkelled the fish filled reef right out front of the house. The property is decorated with no expense spared, the heated pool was wonderful before bed. There was a back up generator and the place is massive. I never dreamed it would be as nice as it was. We were the first ones to experience since it was completed and have already booked a return trip. You will not be disappointed, it is a magical location and a stunning estate. Judy the property manager was a huge help and was always available to answer any questions. We will be back soon...thanks! Thomas H.
