Welcome to Ciesta Sands, a luxury villa on one of the most famous white sandy beaches. From the moment you enter the front door and gaze upon the Tropic of Cancer Beach you will know that you found true Bahamian paradise.

Located beachfront on "Tropic of Cancer Beach", overlooking a large sandy beach and translucent blue-green waters. One of the top 5 beaches in the Bahamas.

This villa features 4 distinguished bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite. You will be transfixed as soon as you walk into the home as you gaze beyond the infinity pool and take in the natural beauty of the sparkling sea. Welcome to Ciesta Sands!

Accommodating up to 8 adults and 6 children- The villa has a large great room, kitchen, eating area with a bar that spills out onto the outdoor patio and gazebo- overlooking the pool and beach. Ciesta Sands is all about the water so you will be able to take full advantage with an infinity edge heated pool, water toys, floats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and snorkel gear. The outdoor entertainment area has everything you need with chaise lounges, swings, gazebo with outdoor dining and sitting areas.

When you are ready to hit the sand a private staircase brings you down to one of the most beautiful beaches. The beach is over a mile long with sand and water like no other.

If you want to spend time indoors you won't give up the view with the huge great room that opens up to the spacious kitchen equipped for all the culinary creations you have in mind. The dining table seats 12 and the island seats 6. There is a bar, wine/drink fridge and ice maker.

Baby items available at the Villa are a portable crib, highchair, and bed rails on bunkbeds.

You will be greeted upon arrival at the Villa by our on-island guest management team to guide you through an orientation of the Villa's features and amenities. The perfect family friendly spring break!

We had an incredible stay at Siesta Sands on the stunning Tropic of Cancer Beach in Little Exuma. The beach was pristine, with powdery sand and crystal-clear water. We felt completely at ease letting the kids play. The kids loved exploring the little islands nearby via kayak, especially one they named "Snail Island" for its abundance of snails. The house layout was perfect for two families, and the kitchen was impeccably stocked, even better than ours at home. We enjoyed some home-cooked meals, and Chef Tevin prepared a wonderful grilled fish dinner one night that everyone, even the picky kids, loved. Our half-day tour with Valentino from Only Sands Charters was unforgettable, especially seeing the pigs, iguanas, and searching for sand dollars. The house manager, Esther, was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. The kids adored the bunk room, which added an extra layer of fun to their experience. This stay was truly special, and we can't wait to return!

Exceeded expectations - we want to come back!

Ciesta Sands was a beautiful house and property. The house was well laid out, comfortable, and high end. The property is very private on a quiet beach, with beautiful islands within kayak distance. The islands made the view from the house very unique and special. They had everything we needed, including double laundry, ice machine, and all the beach toys you could imagine. Bedding, towels, throw blankets were all super comfortable. The house manager was super attentive and helpful. Also walkable to a beach burger hut, so you don’t have to cook if you don’t want to!

AMAZING HOME

Our family of 4 and our best friends family of 6 went rented this house to celebrate both our 20 year anniversary! Logistically a little bit of a pain to get to, but once you get there all your traveling issues go away! The home was a magazine home and the beach/ocean was the best we been to and it was right out your door. We've been to some nice places, but this water color tops them all. If you are looking for a great place to relax and get away from the busyness of life....look no further!

Island Girls Vacay 2025

10 STAR property that doesn't disappoint!!! From the moment you open the front door, you're in PARADISE!! By far the best island rental we've stayed in. The stunning views are mesmerizing with the turquoise ocean right outside your door. The house has everything you ever needed and more. Ester the property manager is fantastic and offers a world of knowledge for things to do & see while there. Owner Christine is extremely responsive & communicative. A newer and well designed and decorated beachfront villa that suited our family of 7 adults very well. Tropic of Cancer beach is steps away, with beautiful white sand and aquamarine waters. Vistas are breathtaking. Takes a bit more effort to reach, but that effort is rewarded by a secluded beach and relative privacy (apart from the occasional limited noise or activity given the proximity of the nearby public beach access). A highly memorable stay.

Classy home on the beach

The decor and design of the home made us feel like we were in the Hamptons. The home is beautiful, well appointed, clean, and perfectly located. The beach is beautiful, and accessing the islands the kayaks and paddleboards was a big highlight for all of us. Awesome stay, our favorite house in Exuma.

Unforgettable Paradise: My 40th Birthday at Ciesta Sands!

Get ready for the trip of a lifetime! Our 6-day, 5-night stay at Ciesta Sands in Exuma was pure magic. I celebrated my 40th birthday with 9 of my closest friends, and this house was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds are like laying on a cloud. The house manager was incredible, always available to help and made everything so easy for us.A must-do tip: Rent a car! The house is off the beaten path, and while the roads are dirt and bumpy, it only added to the adventure. Having a car gave us the freedom to explore the island at our own pace. After booking, you’ll get a helpful guide with tips for activities and dining.We had two fantastic chefs—Chef Keva and Chef Tevin—each prepare dinner for us one night, and the food was amazing! For brunch, Dena’s Donuts catered a fresh, delicious spread on two mornings that was the perfect start to our day.We ate at a few spots on the island, but Blu was our favorite. The food and atmosphere were top-notch—definitely a must-visit.We also booked Exuma Massage for a day of yoga and massages—one of the best massages I’ve ever had!A highlight was booking a private full-day excursion with Robert’s Island Adventures. We swam with sharks, visited the famous pigs, and explored beautiful cays—a must-do!And the VIEW—breathtaking and unreal! Kayak to the nearby island one day. Ciesta Sands is more than just a place to stay; it’s a memory-making paradise. Book it now—you won’t regret it!

Family Vacation

We loved staying in this beautiful beach house! It was perfect for our family. We loved the pool area and beach to paddleboard and kayak. The house had every single thing we needed for the week. The owners have thought of everything. The pool floats, chairs, toys were such a great extra that we weren’t expecting. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we were able to comfortably make meals at the house each day. I would highly recommend this house to friends and family. It was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Amazing Spring Break

Where to begin! Ciesta Sands is amazing. We had had 4 adults and 5 kids pack the house with room to spare. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms nice and roomy. Just all the comforts of home but with an amazing ocean view and pool!! Highly recommend. Owner and house manager are delightful and on top of every question you may have. Highly recommend and we will go again!!

Amazing home Amazing location Amazing attention to detail

Our family of five had an absolutely fantastic stay at the stunning Ciesta Sands vacation home! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth of the house manager and were impressed with every detail of the home. The attention to detail in the decor really made the space feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful kids bunk room. Our little ones were thrilled with their own special space, complete with cozy beds, personal lamps, tv and fun decorations. It made their vacation truly memorable. The location of the house couldn't have been better. The breathtaking Tropic of Cancer Beach, where we spent many glorious hours soaking up the sun and playing in the waves, was steps away from the wonderful pool deck. It was so convenient to have such a stunning beach steps from the pool. And let's not forget about the amazing pool! After a day of exploring the island, it was the perfect spot to unwind and cool off. We loved spending lazy afternoons lounging by the pool - the owners have every pool float, toy, etc. available to you. Overall, we can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded all of our expectations and provided the perfect backdrop for a truly unforgettable vacation. We're already dreaming of our next visit and can't wait to come back to this little slice of paradise. A huge thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us!

The Pictures do not lie!

The home, the pool and the beach are absolutely beautiful. The house had more than enough room for our family of 8 (two parents, our daughters and their spouses and one infant and one toddler). The bedrooms are large and private with their own bathrooms. We especially like how the bedrooms were situated at the corners of the house with the great room/ kitchen/dining room in the middle. This meant that we could sleep through crying babies and early risers. The Kitchen was fabulous, with everything we needed for cooking, dinning, happy hour, etc. Also there were several doors to access the pool area through. The pool was bigger than it appears on the pictures. The suntanning deck in the pool was perfect for tanning but also for the little ones to play in the pool. The pool when the sun was out in was very nice. The beach also lived up to the hype. The sand was amazing. The water was warm with not many waves, we spent more time in the ocean than we did in the pool. The beach was long enough for a good walk every day and was never crowded. The provided beach/pool toys, the kayaks and paddle boards meant everyone had something to keep them busy. The house manager Esther was fabulous. It never took her more than 20 minutes to return a call or text. She did a great orientation walk through when we arrived, provided lots of local knowledge, and even help us hire a private chef for dinner one night. She’s just a wonderful person. All in all we would stay at Ciesta Sands in a heartbeat

Perfection!

We have stayed at many properties throughout the Bahamas Out Islands and this was, by far, our favorite! The house, the pool, the proximity to an amazing beach, it was all perfect! The house has everything you could need and then some. The property manager was the best and the most responsive we’ve ever worked with! If the price makes you raise an eyebrow, trust us, it’s worth it. The rental includes things not normally included in a home rental, such as enough laundry detergent for a full week, dishwashing detergent (plenty for the week), PLENTY of shampoo/conditioner, bug spray, sunscreen….all things we didn’t have to worry about packing. We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful home and views

Breathtaking view from the minute you walk in the door. Home is brand new and has everything you need. They went above and beyond with all the amenities. Esther was always quick to answer. Outside area also has everything you need. Very quiet area, we had the beach to ourselves most days. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddleboards. The little bar & grill next door was great during the day. If you aren't familiar with the area, it's a bit of a drive on a rough road. As long as you plan ahead with groceries, activities, etc, you'll be fine. It's worth it for the beautiful home and beach.

A piece of paradise in Exuma

This home has had much thought put into the needs of it’s guests. It is beautifully decorated and the beds are heavenly. The kitchen and bar have been carefully stocked with small appliances and serving bowls and platters. If you like to cook/bake you will not be disappointed. The beach is absolutely gorgeous with powdery sand and crystal clear water. The house manager was very attentive and answered any questions promptly. Our group of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is in a piece of paradise in Exuma!

Beautiful &Amazing Ciesta Sands!

Ciesta Sands is so beautiful (the house, the view, the beach, all of it)! Christine (owner) and Esther (property manager) are both so helpful from what to expect, checking in and ensuring all is going well during the stay, and providing check out instructions. We had a group of 8 (2 families of 4 with kids between 12-14). The two king bedrooms both have a great view of the beach and there’s a bunk room with 3 bunk beds (6 beds) and another room with 2 queens). The kitchen is well stocked and there are great beach / pool toys. We highly recommend Ciesta Sands!!

Stunning! Perfect house, perfect views, and perfect beach! Paradise. This home is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen had everything you could imagine and is a cook’s dream. No detail was spared…. the owners thought of everything - from the ice maker in the bar area, Weber grill, and speaker system that could be played inside and outside. We had a group of 10 – 6 adults, 4 kids and never felt like we were crowded. In addition to the actual house, there was a ton of outdoor space (covered and uncovered) with comfortable seating and tables to enjoy reading, listening to music, playing games, or just gazing out at the beautiful view. Our kids enjoyed the pool (and pool floats), playing football on the beach, and hunting for crabs on the beach at night. They also gave two thumbs up for the internet and enjoyed having the ability to stay connected when needing a break from the sun. 😊 We took the kayaks out several times to the islands in front of the home and walked the Tropic of Cancer beach daily. We also enjoyed the convenience of Brea’s Bar and Grill nearby. We hope to be back soon!
