Charming for sure
It was an adorable property with so much charm. We loved the peacefulness as well as watching the ducks swim around their tiny pond. We needed a place to stay for a wedding at Look Park and this location was perfect. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were, too!

A Most Delightful Time
My family, four adults and two little ones, had a most delightful stay at Karen and Scott’s guest house. The house is very clean, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen spacious and very well stocked and the grounds beautiful! The area is great for exploring both nature and nearby towns/parks. Our hosts could not have been better. Communication was exceptional. They were flexible, generous and knowledgeable. I have stayed in many rentals over the years, and this rates as one of the best!

Lovely stay
The cottage is clean and comfortable. It’s quaint with all the amenities you need. (WiFi was no problem) Feels like a country home with ducks and goats welcoming you in the morning The property is beautiful. The kitchen is huge and it’d be easy for a family to comfortably fit and enjoy the area. Great find.

This is a charming house.
A friend and I stayed at the farmhouse to attend a wedding in Amherst. The farmhouse is cozy and clean. The beds were comfy. The yard is super charming with a big red barn, a fenced-in area with a small pond for the ducks, and a section for the goats. The goats are friendly. We had a pleasant stay.

Heavenly stay in Williamsburg!
Our family just had the pleasure of staying at Scott and Karen's wonderful farm guesthouse and we recommend it most highly! The home is clean and well appointed and will delight you with its charms. Our family of five was quite comfortable, and the kids were delighted to visit the ducks and goats. We all enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the warm hospitality offered by Scott and Karen. The picturesque town of Williamsburg has a (locally) legendary general store and many much more we want to explore on our next trip. This one was short but sweet. Don't miss swimming at the local waterfall in the summer - Chapel Falls has a natural waterslide that offered unforgettable summer memories. Thank you for hosting us, Scott and Karen! We can't wait to visit you again.

Stunning views and great vibes
My family and I had a wonderful stay! The pictures really don’t do it justice. The house itself is charming and comfortable and we couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the property is. My toddler loved using the swing set and seeing the ducks and goats every day and the grown-ups were happy to have a fire pit and corn hole boards in the evening. Scott was a wonderful host and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Scott and Karen were wonderful hosts. The property was amazing with valley views and unique hospitality. House was traditional old New England farm house including goats and ducks. It was clean and neat with all necessary items for our stay. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. It is clear that the hosts value their patrons.

Ideal Friend Trip Location
This property was the perfect spot for a friend reunion! We had two couples with young children who had so much fun with the goats and ducks (and the adults did too). The property is beautiful and would have made the perfect setting for an evening fire pit but unfortunately it was a bit too windy (mother nature’s fault). Scott was a very kind and welcoming host. He saw that we were scoping out the goats and chickens and offered to let them out so we could be even closer. He also gave a few of us an awesome tour of his gardens. Would highly recommend!

Perfectly located for classes at SNowFarm. Walking distance allowed my hubby, who was not taking a class, to have the car and get to great trials in the area. Farmhouse has been lovingly restored and is very comfortable. Thanks Scott and Karen!

Lovely and quaint farm house!
We loved staying at Scott and Karen's farmhouse. It is located a little outside of town, so if you are looking for someplace quiet, this is perfect. It is a little bare-bones, but but the kitchen had pots/pans (you may need to bring things like cooking oil, etc., as there have not been previous tenants who have left such things), beds were comfortable and shower hot. Loved the goats and ducks at the barn!
