I was surprised that a a meeting with sales staff was a requirement. It was said to be a 90 minute meeting, but it took 2 hrs 15 minutes.

The amount of space and the amenities were excellent for the price, the room was clean and in good condition. We especially liked the large rooms and the bathtub, as well as a good kitchen. We were frustrated that when we checked in after a relatively long day we couldn't get our keys until someone tried to get us to go to a time share meeting, and while it wasn't a major hassle, it wasn't pleasant. Additionally, the room wasn't very well sound-insulated from the adjoining suite, so when working it was annoying hearing the next door neighbor talking. That all said, we got a great price and it was well worth it for the cost.

It was ok

Check in took forever (1hr) because they dont give you your key until you meet with a sales rep about scheduling a time share presentation. Room is clean but needs tlc. Floor is very squeeky. A/c units outside are super noisy hard to sleep. Bathroom clean. Kitchen well stocked.

The staff were so helpful & responsive...Awesome location...Just minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg & the outstanding shops & restaurants in Market Square. Our suite was so clean & we had everything we needed for a memorable weekend. And we are thinking about coming back for an extended family stay during the Christmas season. I would highly recommend this property!

Wasn’t able to get key to hotel unless I saw a show next day to learn time sharing. Also they took credit card and charged me $60.00 to ensure we went to time sharing meeting. We had to stay 90 minutes or we would be charged the &60.00. Will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again

Perfect couple retreat

Great weekend stay in a perfect location. Close to all the dining and activities Williamsburg has to offer. Quiet and well kept property. Even though this is like a time share property, they were not pushy about attending the presentation for your free gift like most other similar properties in the area. We would stay again.

Nice room - but we did find roaches

Very nice large 1 BR apartment - basically, maybe more like a duplex. The downside - they attempt to sell you a time share upon checkin. I didn’t realize that “club Wyndham” is apparently a time-share like product. We were able to say “no thank you” and had little issue with the sales pitch. However - after our second night we discovered cockroaches in the kitchen sink. Since we weren’t using the kitchen and we were vacating the next day — we didn’t mention anything until checkout. They did seem very concerned..

After 11:00 check in was great. Really liked the key banding practice. Surrounding area was excellent also for proximity to golf course, restaurants and stores. Adjacency and amount of parking to room wasn’t functional for moving bags to rooms. Also spaces are too small for mid-larger SUV types especially when other guests park on and over the marked-painted lines.

The property was beautiful, our unit was recently refurbished, and it was extremely convenient to get to Colonial Williamsburg, William & Mary, and plenty of shopping and dining.
