The hotel needs a major renovation. Both beds sagged horribly in the middle. The toilet handle needed to be pushed up or the toilet would continue to run. The shower drained very slowly, while you are showering you are standing in an inch of water. Overall the hotel showed its age poorly except for the lobby. The one positive, all the staff I talked to were very nice.

Very nice set up and lots of trees. Staff was very nice particularly the woman at the continental breakfast. Rooms are older and outdated but this is also not an expensive hotel. Certainly worth the price and better than others with the same price point in the area. Hotel is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Good black out curtains when sleeping and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Sticky carpet in the room and atains on the bed linen. Staff at breakfast were super friendly and courteous. Check in was quick and fine but lacked much hospitality. The place is dated and needs a little bit of TLC. Staff was kind and in general the place was quiet and clean.

Open shower allowed water to flow over bathroom floor. Toilet seat was worn and peeling pieces of plastic. The entire hotel smelled musty. Carpet in sleeping room was torn and repaired with duck tape.

I think, in the past, this was a nice hotel! you can tell by the rooms, space, furniture, areas, etc. The lack of maintenance makes it look neglected and dirty and the breakfast options are limited.

Unfortunately, the property hasn't been maintained. Severely overgrown landscaping, and a faded exterior create a poor first impression. Beyond the lobby the ripped, faded, stained, and rippled carpeting anchors dreary and poorly illuminated hallways on every floor. Oppressively low dropped ceilings, with the occasionally askew or missing tile, contributes to the decidedly exhausted appearance. As we entered our room, we encountered a strong musty and stale odor. The room contained excessively worn furniture and two double beds (we reserved a king that was confirmed at check-in). The bath vanity lighting, a five-light array, contained only one working lightbulb. We called the front desk and after a brief bit of push back the associate confirmed what we had originally reserved, apologized, and "upgraded" us to a suite. The suite was larger with less of an odor. The furniture however was similarly worn and stained, the closet door was missing, and there were marks and stains on various walls. The shower/tub was dated with mildew stains, the shower controls were oppositely labeled, and the finish on the toilet seat was peeling away, and the carpet had not been vacuumed (dog hair covering the bath vanity area carpeting). The mattress was so old/worn that deep indentations showed beneath the covers. I could go on, but there are many other reviews sharing identical experiences. We only stayed one night..., that was one more than we should have. Wyndham should be ashamed!

The hotel staff were nice but there were dark hallways to hide the major water damage on the ceilings. The floors and elevators never seem to be cleaned. The pools never had any clean towels for the three days we were there. In fact it was the same dirty towels the whole stay. The continental breakfast had no protein and the milk they had out was spoiled. The kids said it tasted terrible. I mentioned it to the staff after they asked other people staying at the hotel and tossed it all. As for the rooms they were not too bad but the bathrooms were really cramped and needed some holes patched and walls painted. By the way the main lobby was kept so clean. I would have never expected all that we encountered and the expedia reviews were a lot more friendly compared to Google.

The room is severly outdated. Furniture falling apart, fridge was hardly cold, no microwave in room, air vent falling apart, bathroom floor around toilet appeared to have never been cleaned caked with nastiness, balcony door would not open, and to top it off found a cockroach dead on the floor. Breakfast was unappetizing, staff hovered will getting our food and stood in the walkway starring at everyone while they ate.

I like staying here when we travel to Williamsburg. The rooms are nice & clean, the staff are friendly and the outdoor pool was great. We have stayed several times and never had a problem or issue that wasnr fixed immediately. I would recommend!
